I did booking thru Agoda on *rd oct **** (**th October to **th October) thru credit card Booking id *********.*Unfortunately, I had to cancel this because some medical emergency occurred at my home (our little kid is hospitalized).*I made cancellation on **th October and it is showing no refund. Please try to do something as it a big amount for us.**I am your first time customer. I will be grateful if you can do something.
