Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-reching a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-reching's own words
I made a booking with Agoda then it say that FREE CANCELLATION on a certain date, then before the said date i saw discounted offer with Agoda. So what i did was to cancel my first booking, and wait for the confirmation with Agoda that my booking was CANCELLED with no charges. So i made my *nd booking with Agoda at a discounted price. *To my surprise when i received my billing statement on my credit card AGODA charge me TWICE, the *st which was the cancelled booking and the *nd booking. With this i try to call and emailed several times to AGODA BUT no reply was made by AGODA. I would request AGODA for the REVERSAL charges that made on my *st booking.
GetHuman-reching did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
