I made a booking with you guys for a stay at Red Roof Inn **********. I called the cancellation line to cancel my booking due to emergency. Unfortunately, my card got deducted for $***.** & I didn't stay at the hotel. According to your policy when I was booking FREE CANCELLATION! I need my money back PLS.
