Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-qassim a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-qassim may need:
Email address on the account, Last 4 digits of the payment card, Phone number on the booking, and Booking ID

Greetings **I have made booking for my friend Mr. yasar Yousif by mistake for the wrong dates, the booking ID * ********* suppose to be for ** to ** of September unattainionally was wrong month was chosen ( October instead of September).*I appreciate if you cancel this booking and refund me the money as I contacted the hotel front desk and they informed me that they the do not object if Agoda do the refund as I made another booking with correct month ( **-** September) with ID * *********.**Yours Sincerely *Tawfiq Hassan
