On ** Aug ****, I have book * rooms at Hotel Lemon Tree in Bangkok in a amount of RM ***.** To my curious, the system have not responded to my cinfirmation and I further confirm again for assurance.*To my surprise, I received two confirmation booking ID: ********* & ********* which I feel sad and knowing my credit card have been charge twice of the same amount due to the system error.*I would much apprciated if you would refund me the payment made in my booking ID : ********* which I have cancelled as soon as possible. *I sincerely hope my request have been attended and replied.*On ** Aug ****, I have write in a email send to your customer service but till now no any reply yet.
