This is my second message. I never received any response to my first request. I made several bookings through Agoda for my visit to Sri Lanka. between July ** to August **. I stayed at OZO hotel in Colombo, Sri Lanka between August * to ** under confirmation Number *********. I moved to Cinnamon Red hotel in Colombo, Sri Lanka between August ** till ** under confirmation number ********* . I find that I had been double booked at OZO between August ** till **, **** under confirmation number ********* at the same time. I had been charged for * nights OZO hotel while I was staying at Cinnamon Red hotel also under Agoda booking.. I left Sri lanka on **********. Please refund the money for * nights charged for stay at OZO while I stayed at Cinnamon Red. Both booked by Agoda , Thanks*Anthony Gnanarajah
