My credit card is been charged for the booking for which I haven't got a confirmation and I have not yet got my refund. **Today I received the below message from agoda:*Thank you for booking with Agoda. Unfortunately, the booking you attempted to make recently was "Not Completed" due an unexpected system error. As a result, you did not receive a booking confirmation and no charge was made to your credit card. **No booking has been made, and we truly apologize for any inconvenience. **Please refund my amount.
GetHuman-arishn did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
