Help with my Agoda issue
GetHuman1003699's next move: talk to Agoda when they open.
Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman1003699 a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

I was trying to reach customer care executive but its if no use as i do not have booking ID ... I Am Ashok Tahasildar was booking in shanghai at hotel Jinjiang Inn Shanghai Minsheng Rd for the period of **th Nov **** tp ** Dec **** . i have completed my bookings but not received any confirmation of booking . kindly let me know status of my bookings.*I have given following details*email- *****@***.com
They do not realise how desperate iam to know the status as i would like to cancel the same.
By reaching on my cell phone or by email reply
I am new customer and normally booking the hotels thro booking .com and this time i wanted to try with Agoda
yes even toll free no doesen't get thro.
