Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-emmalnpe a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

Today I tried to book a hotel room at Santa Monica Travellodge but when I chose the room I wanted to take, it said that this room was not available after all so I booked another room and this booking was successful. But then I learnt from my bank that the amount for my first unsuccessful attempt of booking was debited as well as the *nd room so I paid double. I received a booking confirmation for my successful booking. My booking reference number is ***********.*Please cancel the amount of ***€ for my unsuccessful first attempt.*Angela Peter
