February **, **** I made a reservation through Agoda for * nights at the Sumner Hotel in London. The hotel charged my AMX one day later and since it was stated that it would not be charged until I arrived, I cancelled the rooms on February **th. I still have not received a full refund for this booking. What is going on and how can we get this matter settled?*Sincerely, *Coline Sutherland *This is my third email to Agoda. The first one said I would be receiving a full refund, the second one I did not receive a response and now I am hoping to get this matter taken care of immediately.
