I was not given any receipt by any means neither the hotel had given me the hotel receipt despite of my request.**My booking ID is *** ** ****. The prices should be charged according to quoted prices during booking as agreed and not to charge any additional cost as in my case. I was charged with additional of RM***.** more than the original quoted price of SD***.**
