I Clinton Stubbs have made a booking at Agoda Company for Hotel Satriya Cottages on the **th May **** for booking period * July **** to ** July **** (** Nights) and made payment of NZD ****.** on the **th of May **** . I have received a Receipt of payment received booking no: *********. I have received a notification from my Bank that this amount of $****.** has been paid.**I received an email stating that you haven't received any payment and booking is not confirmed.**I am due to leave soon and hope this issue can be resolved immediately.
