Mary Hoenig Booking at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo for May **-**, ref***********I had made this booking, then cancelled it shortly afterwards. It may not have gone through on your end. I had not received any prior email before the due date, about the stay coming up at the hotel, as Booking.com or Hotels.com does. Payment of $***.**AUD, was debited from my mastercard, on May **!* I believe a refund is due, as no warning email or cancellation confirmation email was received.*Mary Hoenig, Australia.
GetHuman-maryhoen did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
