The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-ysookyon's own words:
I have booking on **** but never received the confirmation and I am waiting till **** I rebooking again the hotel and immediately get the confirmation,I m so happy finally successful booking ... But I found that my money was deduct twice on **** and **** which is first time and second time booking
So may I know if possible to make refund for me either one
