Swapping tickets for another night is usually subject to the event organizer's policies. Generally, you must check if the event allows exchanges or transfers. If exchanges are allowed, log into your Ticketmaster account, go to your order history, select the tickets you wish to swap, and follow the prompts to complete the exchange. Note that additional fees may apply and availability for swapping might be limited.

If your tickets haven't arrived and the concert is in two days, check your Ticketmaster account under "My Account" or "My Orders" for possible e-tickets or print-at-home options.

If another person will be using your ticket, you might need to transfer the ticket to them, depending on the event's policy. It's simple to transfer tickets via Ticketmaster. Go to your Ticketmaster account and select the event, click "Transfer Tickets," enter the recipient's details, and click "Send". Please remember that not all tickets are transferable. Before planning to share your ticket, check the event details or ticket type for any restrictions.

To accept a ticket transfer from your son, you will first need to have a Ticketmaster account. If you don't have one, you can sign up for free. Your son will need to initiate the transfer from his own account by selecting the order, clicking 'Transfer Tickets', and entering your email address. You will receive an email with the transfer offer. To accept this, click 'Accept Transferred Tickets' within the email. This will redirect you to Ticketmaster to sign in and accept. Once accepted, the tickets will be in your account, and you'll be the new owner. You can then download them or view them on your mobile device.
