Yesterday morning, I purchased two tickets for Pink's concert in Cardiff with order number **-******UK. Unfortunately, right after buying the tickets, I found out I won't be able to attend. I've been trying to reach you to cancel my purchase as stated on the website, within 24 hours cancellation policy, but I haven't been successful. I bought tickets to the Playboi Carti concert on January 25, [redacted]. They have been postponed for 10 days without a rescheduled date. I had requested the day off from work for the concert and cannot change it, so I now require a refund. I was planning to attend with my boyfriend, uncle, and my uncle's girlfriend who is visiting from out of state. None of us can attend, which is quite frustrating.
