I sold tickets but have not received the money from the sale yet. I requested a refund last week, but was informed that I couldn't get one because the tickets were transferred to me. I originally bought them on Ticketmaster and then transferred them to someone else who later transferred them back to me. This situation is very frustrating. Furthermore, I paid nearly $[redacted] for two tickets that are now being sold for $74.

I am attempting to buy tickets for Jonathan Van Ness' show in Toronto as part of the Just for Laughs festival for a week now. Regardless of the account, device, or payment method I use, I consistently encounter Error code: U103. I have been trying to contact the fraud support team at 1-[redacted] but have been unsuccessful in reaching them. I am at risk of missing the concert, and it seems I may have already missed Michelle Buteau's "42" show as Just for Laughs requires 24 hours to send the activation link and provide festival credits for the headliner ticket. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and Ticketmaster has not been able to provide any support whatsoever.

I purchased tickets for my friend's birthday to see Messi play, but I received an email stating I had tickets for a game tonight instead of the fall game I had planned. I am disappointed and frustrated as my friend's idol is now injured and we are unable to attend tonight's game. I have screenshots of the email confirming the fall game. I hope to either receive a refund or exchange the tickets for another game due to this system error. I have had better experiences with purchasing tickets from other platforms like Vivid Seats and StubHub in the past.

I encountered an issue after my phone reset, and my Ticketmaster app no longer saved my email and password. Upon resetting my password, I discovered it led me to a very old account from [redacted], where I couldn't find the tickets I purchased for Melanie Martinez in June nor for Transmt in June. Despite having three emails, only one account seemed to work, eliminating the possibility of having another account. I lack any emails confirming my June ticket purchases, although I distinctly remember making them. The continuity is through a code sent to my phone in June for account setup, while the tickets were directly sent to my app and added to my phone's calendar. I possess bank statements confirming the transactions, but there's a lack of email communication from Ticketmaster. Losing the tickets is distressing, especially since they were intended as a special birthday gift for my daughter. I hope to retrieve them by providing evidence of purchase and confirmation. Your assistance in helping me recover these tickets is greatly appreciated.

This morning at 10:15 a.m. local (Pacific time), I received a notification about a Celtic Women concert scheduled for May 17 next year. I was provided with an unlock code for presale access. I used the code and went through the process to select seats. Due to my disability, only 4 seats were left, so I chose 2 - one for myself (as I am in a wheelchair) and one for my companion. The price was shown, but when I tried to pay, I was informed that the presale code was no longer valid. This occurred just 3 minutes after receiving the email. I am concerned that by the time this issue is resolved, the handicap seats may no longer be available. Can someone please assist me with this situation promptly? Thank you.

I bought concert tickets for my daughter and her friends. I can't pick them up at will call, so I'd like the tickets emailed or texted to me to forward to them. I scheduled a delivery for the 29th of September [redacted], but it didn't arrive because the driver claimed they couldn't locate my address. The parcel number is [redacted]2225Q. I paid an additional fee for this service. When I contacted them, I was informed that the delivery might not occur until Monday, which is surprising because I've received DPD deliveries recently. I believe the driver didn't even try to deliver my parcel during the designated time slot of 6 to 7 pm.

I bought tickets for the jelly roll concert at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, for September 30th, [redacted], on May 19th, [redacted]. I have all the necessary confirmations and receipts, and the tickets have been transferred. However, when I try to view the tickets, it says there are none to receive. I bought an e-ticket through the Ticketmaster phone app, but I can't print it for the event. When I log in on my desktop, the ticket doesn't appear in my account, so I still can't print it. I reached out to fan chat, but didn't receive helpful assistance. What should I do now? I'm considering requesting a refund since it's too challenging to buy tickets this way, and I won't be using Ticketmaster in the future.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Randy Rainbow SD show with Order # 10-[redacted]/LA2. Recently, I had to reinstall most of the apps on my phone. Using Ticketmaster, I managed to transfer one ticket for seat 12 to my Google Pay app for faster entry. Unfortunately, I am unable to transfer seat #13 to Google Pay. When checking the ticket details on the Ticketmaster app, only seat 12 is displayed. The automated assistance through the app hasn't been helpful in resolving this issue. I've successfully transferred both tickets previously, but after reinstalling the apps, they no longer appear.

I bought a ticket for a show in March [redacted] for $[redacted] through PayPal, and I also got insurance. Unfortunately, my car broke down on the way to the show. I called Ticketmaster, and Eric assured me that with the insurance, it would not be a problem. He gave me a number to call the insurance office the next day. When I contacted them, they couldn't find my account and told me to call Ticketmaster. I've tried reaching out to Ticketmaster multiple times and filled out questionnaires about the poor service I received. After much effort, I finally spoke to someone and explained the situation. Two days later, I received an email saying the event holder didn't respond, so no refund could be issued. This is frustrating as my tickets clearly show I bought insurance, and Eric confirmed it. I just want this resolved as I have been a loyal customer to Ticketmaster without any issues before. The delay is unacceptable, and I expect a resolution today.

On September 25, [redacted], I tried to buy 3 tickets for the Texas Longhorn vs. Texas Tech game in Austin. Before completing the purchase on Ticketmaster's website, I received an error message saying, "It's not you, it's us." Confused, I exited the page and returned to see no confirmation of the purchase. I decided to use another website and had no issues buying the 3 tickets. However, when I checked my credit card statement later, I noticed Ticketmaster had charged me for the full price of 3 tickets. Upon checking my Ticketmaster account, I saw only 1 ticket was confirmed, with charges for 1 ticket and 2 pending. This discrepancy needs urgent resolution for a full refund due to Ticketmaster's website error, which never provided a receipt for the completed purchase. As a cancer patient hoping to create lasting memories with my family, I cannot bear this financial burden caused by your mistake. Your customer service representative informed me that resale isn't an option for these tickets. This situation reflects poorly on your service, necessitating accountability.

I purchased my Eagles Home ticket on Oct 22nd but couldn't download it from Ticketmaster onto my iPhone. When I tried to email it, I was prompted to renew my password due to an incorrect email password. After updating my password and replying, I received new passcodes. Despite entering the new passcodes and updating the password, I got an error message saying the password was still incorrect. I'm stuck in a loop of needing to create a new password. I'm struggling to resolve this issue with Ticketmaster.

The Pusha-T concert scheduled for May 28 was cancelled, and I am concerned about not receiving a refund for my ticket purchase. An automated message from Ticketmaster indicated that refunds would be issued to the Mastercard used for payment. I have only used a Mastercard for this transaction but have not seen the refund yet. Could you please verify if the refund has been processed and provide details on the account it was sent to? Hello, I am hoping to inquire about the possibility of obtaining complimentary hockey tickets for the u10 AAA hockey team in Milton, the Halton Hurricanes. This team is new to the AAA level, and most of the players have never been to a game due to the high costs involved. Attending a game together would be a fantastic experience for them, especially considering their recent achievement in making the team. I recently received a ban for supposedly "violating the terms and conditions." I am unsure of what actions on my account led to this ban as I have been using the site as a regular customer without any suspicious behavior. Ticketmaster's customer service representatives have been challenging to communicate with due to language barriers and excessive background noise, leading to disconnections during calls. Initially, I intended to purchase tickets through Tick Pick but discovered I needed to register with Ticketmaster to receive them, essentially making Tick Pick a deceptive intermediary for Ticketmaster. This process exposes me to a slew of unwanted promotional emails and calls. It's frustrating to maneuver through the endless cycle of deleting spam and dodging sales pitches. I simply sought tickets for a show without encountering this hassle repeatedly. Are there alternative ticketing options available?

Yesterday morning, I purchased two tickets for Pink's concert in Cardiff with order number 41-[redacted]/UK1. Unfortunately, shortly after the purchase, I realized I wouldn't be able to attend. I have been attempting to contact you through various channels to cancel the tickets as I read on the website that cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase.
