I bought two tickets for a concert on September 10, [redacted], for my sister and me. I couldn't find them in my email, so I called customer service. Unfortunately, I was told to buy them again at a higher price to process a refund. After speaking to a manager, the situation became confusing, and when I requested a refund, I was abruptly hung up on. I want my $[redacted] refunded promptly or I will consider legal action against the company, especially since they claimed to be accredited by BBB when they are not. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

I am looking to resell my Drake concert tickets for Charlotte, NC on September 21st. I purchased the tickets through SeatGeek, which connected to Ticketmaster. However, whenever I try to access the tickets on the app or website, they are not available. Additionally, when I go back to the original email with the ticket link, it indicates that the tickets have been accepted by another email, even though Ticketmaster confirmed that it was indeed my email that originally accessed the tickets. I understand that tickets are sometimes only released closer to the event, but I need to resell them and I require the barcode/information. Is there a way for me to retrieve this information for resale purposes?

I purchased two tickets to see "Aladdin" at the Pantages Theater on September 23 at 2:00 pm. When selecting seats, I chose two aisle seats, numbers 2 and 4, for myself and my grandson. However, after completing the transaction, the receipt indicated that we were assigned two available seats together between 2-8, not the desired aisle seats. Ticketmaster displayed the aisle seats as open, but we were misled into receiving different seats. This is very disappointing and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. I am seeking assistance in securing my originally selected seats, Row NN seats 2 and 4. Thank you for your help. - R. Meyers

I purchased three tickets for the August Chicks concert at the Merriweather Post Pavilion, but it got moved to Sept. 20, [redacted]. One of my guests can't make it, so I need a refund for one ticket. Ticketmaster is only providing an option to refund all three tickets together. Can you please advise on how I can get a refund for just one ticket? Thank you for your help in advance.

I am attempting to access the tickets I bought via the website to resell them due to a change in my plans. After logging into my account and selecting "my tickets," it shows that I have tickets for the specific event. However, clicking on the event gives me an error message saying, "Oops. We have a problem. Try again later." This issue has persisted for a week, and I encounter the same problem on the mobile app. I am eager to resolve this to proceed with selling my tickets.

I possess three gift cards that my late wife, D.L., initially purchased, and they have been reissued to me, J.L. The numbers are as follows: - [redacted] - [redacted] - [redacted] I responded to Ticketmaster's refund request letter many months back via Certified Mail but have not received any response. I also checked the New York and Florida Unclaimed Property websites, and there is no information from Ticketmaster there. Kindly reach out to me to help resolve this matter before I escalate it with the State Comptroller's Offices.

My Ticketmaster account has been compromised. The hacker sold my Bruce Springsteen tickets for the Albany, NY show on 9/19/23. I have been attempting to reach out through various channels such as calls, chats, emails, and contacting fan support and fraud services. I received one chat response at 12:45 am requesting that I set up a verification account for the hacker to deposit the funds from the resale, which I found concerning as I never intended to resell my tickets nor provide my bank information to a hacker. Ticketmaster facilitated the resale without my authorization or informing me. I have been trying for five days now to either get a refund or alternative tickets. I have also lodged a complaint with the Consumer Protection division under my Attorney General in Maine. The order number for the tickets in question is #2[redacted]-8[redacted]-1.

I was directed to Live Nation after purchasing a ticket for the August Foreigner concert. However, I encountered issues trying to access my ticket on the Ticketmaster and Live Nation websites the night of the event from 5:30 pm to 7 pm. This prevented me from attending the concert, and I am now seeking a refund. Unfortunately, today I am facing similar challenges as I cannot access my tickets due to repeated error messages on the site. I am at risk of missing the Metallica tribute event at the Van Buren tonight unless this issue is resolved promptly. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I need assistance with my tickets for the Ray LaMontage concert on September 9 at Harrah's in Asheville, NC. The venue was changed from Thomas Wolfe Auditorium to the sports arena, where they will use temporary plastic seats with thin cushions. I have osteoporosis and cannot sit on such seats. Ticketmaster and Stubhub are still displaying the incorrect seating chart for the concert. I paid $[redacted] for two tickets which are now priced at about $79 each. Good evening, I purchased 2 tickets for MAYDAY on 08/31 at 10:00! They are not seated together, and I wasn't notified when making the payment! Others can choose where to sit freely! They even paid less!! Why not me? You are taking me for a ride!!! Can I cancel this booking? Can I get my money back? Please do me this favor, okay? My friend accidentally bought an additional 4 tickets for us, 2 people! We can't even cancel them!

Hello, I am writing from New Brunswick to share my disappointing experience attending the Drake concert in Vancouver with my twin daughters on their 17th birthday. The concert was rescheduled from Monday August 28 to Wednesday August 30, which we could not attend due to our return flight. We spent $[redacted] on tickets and faced challenges trying to get a refund or resell them through Ticketmaster without success. Ticketmaster customer service informed me that the event organizer, Rogers Arena, did not authorize refunds. I find this situation unacceptable as it was not our fault that the event was rescheduled last minute. I placed an order with Order # 3[redacted]-9[redacted]-7 on Ticketmaster. Unfortunately, I bought restricted view tickets without realizing it. I reached out to Ticketmaster, but they informed me that these were resale tickets and couldn't assist me further. Every ticket for the event seems to be a resale ticket. I am quite disappointed with Ticketmaster's policy of not providing help for resale tickets. Spending $[redacted] on tickets for a show I won't even be able to enjoy is disheartening. Ticketmaster, this is not the end of this issue.

I seem to have mistakenly purchased tickets for Eric Church's concert on September 9, [redacted], instead of the event I intended to. The tickets I bought through the Ticketmaster app did not show up in my account, even though my debit card was charged. My wife and I are unfamiliar with the musician and the venue is quite far away. We also paid for parking and insurance. We would like to either file a claim with the insurance or receive a full refund as this was not the concert we had intended to attend. It is disappointing how Ticketmaster's practices can lead to the purchase of unwanted tickets, causing us to miss the concerts we were looking forward to.

I recently attended an event in Houston on 8/30/[redacted]. After receiving an email from Live Nation on 9/2/[redacted] requesting a review on Ticketmaster, I submitted my feedback. I was informed that it would be posted after approval. However, it has been a week, and my review is still not visible on Ticketmaster. There were no offensive language or threats in my review. I am wondering why my review has not been posted yet.

Hello, I recently bought tickets for the Monster Spectacular event on September 30 for a friend without a cell phone. I tried to print the tickets from the website but couldn't find an option to email or save them as a PDF. This situation is not acceptable. Yesterday, my 13-year-old son and I decided to sell our Patriots tickets. After being told I would receive an offer, provide payment information, and confirm the sale online, the tickets were sold without any online record. Ticketmaster informed me that the tickets were sold but did not disclose details about the sale. However, they kindly offered me two complimentary seats and assured me of a refund. I purchased tickets for an upcoming event, 'Lucky Chops,' at the Teragram in Los Angeles on October 3, [redacted]. Ticketmaster shows conflicting information, stating both that the event is still scheduled and cancelled for the same date. I purchased four tickets for the Pearl Jam show on 9/19 in Austin, TX. The tickets are visible in My Events and My Tickets, and the Ticket Details link has all my purchase information. However, there is no barcode or QR code for scanning entry, which concerns me as I'm traveling to the show with friends. Will the barcodes appear before the show? Can we enter without a barcode? I sold my Beyoncé tickets for the 9/27 concert on your Resale site. I am providing the necessary paperwork for the transfer of funds to me. The dropdown menu for selecting the TIN type is unresponsive. I tried restarting the process, but the menu still doesn't work, preventing me from completing the process. Additionally, the payment method account has been updated with a new card and account number. How should we proceed with this change? Thank you.
