I need help accessing my transferred tickets. After receiving an email confirming the ticket transfer, I am unable to view the tickets in my Ticketmaster account. The tickets for the Billy Joel & Stevie Nicks concert today at Ohio Stadium show as transferred when I check my account. The event details include Section 10C, Row 16, Seats 31 and 32. The order number is [redacted], and the event is scheduled for August 5, [redacted], at 7 PM in Columbus, Ohio. I bought tickets for the Parliament Funkadelic show in Houston on August 5, [redacted]. The ticket confirmation was sent to my email. When I clicked "Accept Tickets," I was directed to my Ticketmaster account, which showed the tickets had been accepted with another email, even though I only have one email registered. I tried other emails to no avail. My tickets are missing, and I am unable to retrieve them despite being charged on my credit card. My order number is #[redacted]4.

I am experiencing difficulty transferring my ticket. The system states that my email does not allow me to transfer it. Although I attempted to send it to my secondary email for acceptance, both the sender and recipient emails belong to me. I used a different email due to the restriction on using the same email for transfer. Despite this, I encountered an error related to the email address. I also tried transferring it to my phone number without success. I am uncertain if the issue pertains to my original or secondary email. I am seeking assistance to successfully transfer and receive the tickets.

I am incredibly disappointed that I was not chosen for the presale of Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour. Attending this tour is my biggest dream, as Taylor Swift means everything to me. I am disheartened to see that those who were selected have been multiple times, which feels unjust. I am willing to pay $[redacted] per ticket for two lower bowl seats and would be grateful for any location in the stadium just to have the opportunity to see her live.

I signed up for verified fan using multiple phone numbers and mistakenly used my landline. Only the one linked to my landline received the presale access. I contacted Ticketmaster about this, but I am still awaiting a response. The codes are scheduled to be sent out tomorrow. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a way to rectify it, such as having the code emailed to me or sent to a different number?

I would like to bring to your attention the ongoing Verified Fan Pre-Sale for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour dates in Toronto, Canada. It has come to my notice that Canadian fans are being waitlisted, while fans from the United States are able to register and obtain access codes. This seems unfair given the limited number of shows in Canada.
As a Canadian Swiftie, it is disheartening to see American fans getting priority access to shows in my own country. The demand for Taylor's concerts is high, but it is crucial to consider and prioritize Canadian fans for the few shows available.

I purchased two tickets for the Pink concert at Madison Square Garden on 11/04 at 7:30 pm through Ticket Master with Order ID #[redacted] on 04/16. After receiving an email from a customer service representative on the same day, I clicked on "accept tickets" as instructed and viewed them. However, when I checked the Ticket Master app's "My Events" section, I could not find the tickets. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this issue and help me locate my tickets.

I have encountered issues with receiving payment for two sets of concert tickets I sold for a September 1st, [redacted] event. Initially, I was asked to verify my bank account by confirming two deposit amounts, but the system would not accept my verification. Following this, I was instructed to add a credit card to my account to facilitate payment. Despite following these steps, my bank account verification continued to be rejected. Subsequently, customer service mentioned refunding the payment to my credit card, but I have yet to receive the refund. They have now informed me that after five days, I will no longer be able to receive the payment.

I bought two tickets for the Lionel Richie and Earth Wind & Fire concert at Madison Square Garden on August 12th. Unfortunately, the concert got canceled and rescheduled for August 14th, which I can't make. The instructions said I could get a refund through My Account on TicketMaster, but I can't find the refund option anywhere under my tickets. I really need help to refund my tickets.

I bought 2 tickets to WWE Summerslam [redacted] and sold them through Ticketmaster. The credit card I used for the purchase was involved in fraudulent activity, so my credit union canceled it and issued me a new one. Now, I can't receive the refund for the sold tickets on my original card. I've tried contacting support through Chat, updated my account with the new credit card information, and submitted help requests, but haven't received a resolution yet. Please help with this issue.

I attended a Chicago- The Band concert in Albuquerque, NM on August 12, [redacted]. Initially, I bought 2 tickets (ORD #[redacted]3) from Ticketmaster but was informed two days later via email that they were no longer available. In a rush, I repurchased the same seats in Section 5, Row V, Seats 11 & 12 through TicketNetwork with my Visa card. The next day, both Ticketmaster and TicketNetwork confirmed and sent me the same tickets for Section 5, Row V, Seats 11 & 12.
After requesting a refund from TicketNetwork and providing a screenshot of the tickets, they are now asking for the order confirmation/receipt from Ticketmaster. I am seeking a copy of the confirmation/receipt to facilitate my refund process with TicketNetwork. Please send it to [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

I am facing an issue with tickets I bought for an event that has already passed. I realized a few weeks before the event that I wouldn't be able to attend due to a family visit. I submitted a form and tried to sell the tickets but saw no changes. I contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. Now I am being asked for more information by the merchant, Ticketmaster, as they are trying to charge me again for tickets I couldn't use.

I bought tickets in November last year and recently sold them in August. Ticketmaster informed me that my refund was processed through my debit card, but the online system indicates it was supposed to go to my checking account, which was never verified. I purchased two tickets to Phil Wickman's concert at the Golden Center in Sacramento for September 1st, around April or May. I am unable to locate the confirmation and have not received the tickets. I bought tickets for Awakening and received them with the wrong date. I reached out to support and was informed about the $10 exchange fee. They were supposed to call me for payment details, but it has been 3 days and no one has contacted me. I got tickets for August 19th, but I need them for the 25th. The event date is past, but I still require the ticket exchange.

I noticed that the Connecticut Sun already have Round 1 tickets for sale even though the details are not confirmed yet. I bought tickets for a Post Modern Jukebox show in Fort Lauderdale, FL on April 14th, [redacted] via Eventticketscenter.com. Unfortunately, the performance got called off due to extreme flooding. My order number with Eventticketscenter is #[redacted]1. Even though I got the tickets electronically and was all set to go, the event got cancelled. However, when I spoke to Event Ticket Center, they seemed unaware of the cancellation despite promises of refunds. The tickets were from Ticketmaster, and I've been unsuccessful in reaching their Customer Service at [redacted] due to a constant busy signal. The total cost of $[redacted].35, which includes service fees, is frustrating. I feel let down by both Event Tickets Center and Ticketmaster, and I am left short of $[redacted].35. This experience has made me reluctant to use Ticketmaster again. I hope someone can help me with this issue.

I've been patiently waiting for a response to my emails and online chat messages, but I haven't received any assistance. I sold tickets three weeks ago but have not received payment. Despite entering my banking information, the system claims there is no payment info. I've been asked to verify my account through a small withdrawal from Ticketmaster, which I have yet to receive after three weeks. I kindly request the payment owed to me for the tickets I sold.
