I bought tickets for an oriole game and It is confirmed and I printed the tickets. Is this an E ticket or do I need a bar code for entry?
If you have printed the tickets and they were confirmed, you typically do not need anything else. The printed tickets should have a barcode on them that will be scanned for entry at the event.

Not receiving emails to reset my password and verify my email to get my tickets
We're sorry to hear you're having issues receiving emails from SeatGeek. Here are few steps you could try:
1. Check your spam or junk folder as the emails might have ended up there by mistake.
2. Ensure you're checking the right email account which is associated with your SeatGeek account.
3. It's possible there could be a delay in email servers, so allow some time for the email to arrive.
If you've tried these steps and still don't receive an email, there might be a more specific issue with your account that needs to be addressed. You can find a link to the most up-to-date contact information right here on this page you're viewing.

I am about to purchase 3 tickets through Seat Geek for the Baltimore Ravens and the Atlanta Falcons for August. Section 249-Row 4 Seats 1-3. Are these tickets legit?
As an assistant here to help, we can confirm that SeatGeek is a legitimate and trustworthy marketplace for tickets. However, it's important to know that tickets are listed by third-party sellers. SeatGeek ensures its legitimacy by backing up all tickets under their Buyer Guarantee, which promises valid tickets or your money back. For your specific tickets (Section 249-Row 4 Seats 1-3 for the Baltimore Ravens and Atlanta Falcons game), we do not have a direct means of verifying them. You can proceed with confidence though, knowing SeatGeek's reputation and Buyer Guarantee have you covered.

I did not receive my transfer ticket after confirmation.
After confirmation, your tickets should be delivered to your SeatGeek account. Sometimes, there can be a delay. If you don't see your tickets in your account after 24 hours, check your spam/junk email folders. The email may have gone there. If you still can't find your tickets, we suggest checking your SeatGeek account again. Although it's rare, there may have been a delay in this process. If they are still not visible, the best course of action is to use the contact link on this page to get direct help from SeatGeek customer service. They are best equipped to help with this issue.

I purchased tickets in seat geek that are refundable but they have been deliver electronically through ticket guard io
If you've already received your tickets electronically via TicketGuardio, SeatGeek can still process a refund, provided that the event covered by your tickets qualifies for a refund. The actual refund process might vary depending on the nature of the event and the conditions set by the event's organizer. Be sure to verify the refund conditions specified in your original purchase agreement. If your purchase is eligible for refund, you can proceed by navigating to 'My Tickets' in your SeatGeek account and follow the prompt for 'Request a Refund.' Afterwards, SeatGeek will process your refund back to your original payment method.
