Click or tap on “Sign In”, located at the top right of the page or in the app menu. Enter the email address and password you used to create your SeatGeek account.
If you don’t have an account yet, choose “Sign Up” and follow the prompts. You may need access to the email address used at the time of ticket purchase in order to see your tickets.
Once logged in, find and select the “Tickets” tab. On the website, click on your profile icon in the upper corner and select “Tickets” from the dropdown menu. In the app, tap the “Tickets” icon at the bottom of the screen. This section lists all your upcoming and past ticket purchases in one place.
Look through your list of tickets and select the event you want to view. When you tap on the event, you’ll see all the important information, including event name and venue, date and time, your seat or section number, ticket type (mobile, PDF, or print-at-home.)
Most SeatGeek tickets are delivered as mobile barcodes that can be scanned at the event entrance.
Once your ticket is visible, you’ll be able to, display a mobile ticket: Just show the barcode in your SeatGeek app at the venue. Download a PDF then click to download and print your ticket if the option is available and transfer to someone else. If allowed, use the transfer button to send your ticket to another person. Sell your ticket: List your ticket for resale if your plans change.
If you can’t find your ticket, make sure you’re logged into the correct SeatGeek account. Check your email (including spam folders) for the confirmation message. Try reinstalling or updating the app if the ticket won’t load.
