If Your Tracking Order Is Missing or Invalid
In some instances, your tracking information may be missing or invalid. The first step is to wait. Your tracking information may not update right one. Your order may appear to have already been delivered.

If Your Status Says 'Delivered' but You Haven't Received It

2. Find out if other members of your household accepted it
3. Ask your building manager or neighbors
