8. Set delivery date.
9. Include a message if you want to add one.
10. Click "Add to cart."
11. Select "Proceed to Checkout."

13. Enter membership number if you have one or select "Continue Without Membership."
14. Key in your contact information and billing address.
15. Add payment details or checkout using PayPal.
