Locate the Metro by T-Mobile menu on the homepage. It's easily recognizable by the three stacked horizontal lines in the top-right corner of the website. Click on the lines to expand the menu.

Locate the Search Bar

Find the horizontal search bar on the Metro by T-Mobile menu. It's at the very top, says "Search," and has a magnifying glass icon on its left side.

Click on the Search Bar

Tap on the horizontal search bar. This outlines the bar in blue, makes the cursor blink, and causes your phone's keyboard to appear.

Fill in Your Search Phrase

After clicking on the search bar, type "track stolen or lost phone," then press the return button on your phone's keyboard.

Find the Relevant Link

Scroll down until you find a link that leads to information about lost or stolen phones. For instance, look for the one that says "How to Temporarily Suspend a Line Metro Support." Click on the link when you find it. This will take you to the "Suspend My Line" page.
