If you made a reservation with a Hilton hotel or resort and didn't receive a confirmation email, you may be wondering if your reservation was actually made. There are a few different ways to can check to find out. Keep on reading to learn about them.

Finding Your Reservation on the Hilton Website

If you are a Hilton Honors member then you can retrieve your reservation information on the company website. Just follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the Hilton reservation finder tool.
  2. Enter your Hilton Honors number in the upper text field on the right.
  3. Enter your password in the field below it.
  4. Click on the Sign In button.
  5. On the reservation finder page, enter your reservation information in the text fields on the left.
  6. Click on the Find It button.

If you don't have all of the required information, or if you are not a Hilton Honors member, you will need to contact a Hilton customer service representative to ask about the status of your reservation.

Becoming a Hilton Honors Member

If you are not a Hilton Honors member but want to look up your reservation, you can become a member for free. Just follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the Hilton Honors sign in form.
  2. Enter the required information in the text fields provided.
  3. Choose a password that is between eight and 32 characters long, a contains at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number or special character.
  4. Confirm the email.
  5. Click on the Join for Free button.
