What is your return policy?
At Go-optic.com, we have a flexible return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging and tags. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund minus any applicable restocking fees.
