What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Goodmans.net is designed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. We kindly request that you include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation with your return. Please note that some items, such as opened software, DVDs, and personalized products, are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
