Our return policy at Goodmans.net is designed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. We kindly request that you include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation with your return. Please note that some items, such as opened software, DVDs, and personalized products, are not eligible for return unless they are defective. Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund, which may take up to 7 business days.
