I began using a business WhatsApp account in December [redacted] with a dedicated phone number. Unfortunately, my banking card, which pays for the account, was lost. Despite updating the payment, I missed an email warning me that my account would be deleted. Upon checking, I found that my account had been deleted. I attempted to open my WhatsApp account, but was informed that it could not be used due to spam. I then tried to create a WhatsApp Business account, only to be notified that the number had been banned. This morning, I downloaded a regular WhatsApp app and received the same message about the number being banned. Both of my lines - [redacted]8 and [redacted]4 - seem to have been banned. I need assistance urgently. My workplace recently ran a real estate campaign using my personal phone number instead of the business line. Now, my personal number is blocked. Hello, I'm Joshua Mugono. I was using my FM WhatsApp with mobile number [redacted]. On August 5th, the app required an update. I tried to update it unsuccessfully, so I downloaded a new WhatsApp app and signed in. However, after a few minutes, the app got locked for reasons unknown to me.
