I signed up for Spotify on March 4th and was charged $13.09 to include my husband on his own account with his unique settings and access to Hulu. Despite inviting him to join, he is only able to access my music on Spotify through his phone. I used to have a Hulu subscription that disappeared when I subscribed to Spotify. I need assistance setting up my husband's separate account and reactivating our Hulu subscription. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to consider canceling my subscription and hope to return to my original premium price with Hulu. Thank you for your help. Lynn

I am having trouble logging into my account. My email, which used to be [redacted], has been changed to a French email address [redacted] I received an email in French notifying me about this change, which I translated using Google Translate. It stated that my email on Spotify has been altered and provided the new email address as [redacted] I attempted to contact customer support using the provided email address [redacted] but was unable to proceed due to the changed password. My Spotify username is abbystannard89. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, a few weeks ago, my sister set up the family plan and invited me to join. However, upon accepting the invite, I realized that I already had an existing account linked to my old address. I updated my address to my new one (where I currently reside with my sister), yet I recently received an email from Spotify asking me to verify this new address. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline, and as a result, I got downgraded from premium to free subscription. I have attempted various methods on the website to update my address, including logging out of my Facebook-linked account, but have been unsuccessful. I am unable to find any option on the website to update my address. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This is my second time experiencing issues with logging into my Spotify account. Initially, a week ago, I couldn't log in because Spotify didn't recognize my password, but I managed to reset it successfully. Now, on my attempts to log in again, both my email and the username provided by Spotify are not being recognized. The message states: "The username or email you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account." I even tried creating a new account, but Spotify claims my email is invalid as it's already in use. This seems contradictory because it cannot be both not associated with an account and in use at the same time. I always use copy and paste for entering my login details accurately. It seems that resolving this issue will require assistance from Spotify.

I am logged into my account on my MacBook but cannot access it on my new phone because I forgot my password. I have had previous Spotify accounts linked to my email, so I created a new email for this account. Unfortunately, I can't remember the password to my old email to reset it. When I tried to reset it through Google, they sent a notification to my old phone, which I no longer have. I need access to my Spotify account on my new phone. I took advantage of a deal in December offering a three-month subscription for 99 cents. After canceling my subscription and redeeming a gift card for a free month of premium, I received an email confirming both actions. However, I was charged for another month, along with an additional $30 fee, listed as "fee spotify" on my bank statement. I did not authorize this charge or sign up for anything extra. This unexpected charge has left my bank account overdrawn by $30. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will discontinue using Spotify and share my negative experience with others.

Hello, I recently discovered that I have been charged £14.99 monthly for your services since May 29, [redacted], even though I have never used or signed up for them. I have contacted my bank to stop these payments and can provide copies of my bank statements for proof. I'm having trouble logging in because I forgot my password. I'm 74 years old, have glaucoma, wear two hearing aids, and I'm not very good with computers. The process of verifying that I'm not a robot with those pictures to reset my password is frustrating. It has been over an hour, and it's harder to access Spotify than Fort Knox! I used to access worship songs from my church on the platform, which I can't do now. I just need to change my password to something I can remember so I can listen to music on my new phone since my old one stopped working.

I lost my phone and couldn't replace it for about a month. During that time, I logged into my account using two other devices. Yesterday (3/27/19), I finally got my new phone and saw an email. Spotify had changed my password due to suspicious activity. I tried to reset my password multiple times, but the links had expired. Now, when I try to log in, it says my email isn't associated with an account, even though Spotify emailed me about the password change. I need help to access my account on my new phone.

I purchased a beat license, but it's not exclusive to me. I plan to release a song using it on streaming platforms like Spotify to earn money. What if another artist buys the same beat or an exclusive license and releases a song before me? Will Spotify think I'm violating the other artist's copyright, potentially preventing me from earning money with my song despite having a valid contract and license? This concern arose for me because Lil Uzi Vert faced issues with a new song due to having the same beat as another artist's track.

I was recently charged for a subscription I believed I had canceled. I was surprised by the charge as I am no longer using the Spotify account. After unsubscribing, I deleted the app and have not accessed it since. I would appreciate a refund and the cancellation of the subscription. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I've been a Spotify user for over a year, and I use the app on my phone regularly to access my playlists. Last night, as I tried to open Spotify, a message prompting me to get free Hulu appeared and requested my password. Although I normally don't have to enter my password, I tried entering it a couple of times before seeking password help and receiving a link in my email. After resetting my password through the email link, I returned to my Spotify account only to find my playlists missing. I've visited the help site multiple times last night seeking assistance, but haven't found a solution. I also noticed a note on the help site warning against having multiple accounts, but as far as I know, I don't have more than one account. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in retrieving my playlists. Thank you.

I signed up for a three-month free trial for both myself and my son, but today the fourth month has been charged $9.99 from my bank account. I have provided evidence from my bank to show that I am not lying, but the staff have not been helpful. I am hoping for a refund for the three months I was promised, as this has caused me bank charges and a great deal of frustration. I believe it's essential for Spotify to promote equality among all users, including African musicians and listeners. It seems unjust that African artists have to pay for a premium subscription to access their own music. I agree that it's puzzling why some countries with larger populations and rich music cultures don't have access to Spotify. It would be beneficial to have a meaningful conversation with someone who can clarify why some countries are given preference over others. It's important for a global platform like Spotify to ensure fairness for all its users, regardless of their location. Let's hope for a more inclusive and equitable approach in the future.

I am extremely frustrated that my music was taken down without any valid reason. I have never faced any copyright issues before and have genuine fans. This situation is unfair and feels like theft and defamation of my character. I am considering legal action if this matter is not resolved promptly. Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with the recent app update. In the "Recently Played" section for artists, when clicking on them, it redirects to the artist's profile instead of the saved music, causing inconvenience. I prefer Spotify over Apple Music but accessing saved music has become difficult. Please consider changing it back so that clicking on recently played artists will direct to saved songs, not their profiles. Many customers, myself included, would appreciate this adjustment. I have been a loyal user of Spotify for many years. My email address is [redacted] A few months back, I signed up for a special premium offer. Recently, on 3/31, I was billed $10.71 through PayPal. Unfortunately, yesterday we encountered issues accessing our account. It appears the password was changed without our knowledge.
