I recently discovered that my Instagram Business Profile was not approved for the Instagram Shopping feature. Our account @redfishbowl is connected to our Facebook Business Profile (www.facebook.com/redfishbowl/) where we create Sponsored Ads for both platforms.
As a small business in Pittsburgh that supports local bands and artists by selling their merchandise online, we were hoping to promote our products for the holiday season. We intended to direct users to our online store at www.redfishbowl.com/shop using Shop Now Buttons on specific products highlighted on Instagram.
We attempted to set up the Instagram Shopping feature by creating Product Catalogs on Facebook Business Manager and linking them to Instagram but received a notification that our account was not approved, as shown in the attached image.
We kindly request a review of this decision as utilizing the Instagram Shopping feature would greatly benefit our business. Thank you for your attention.

My friend and I operate a food blog named Khaanakhatam. We recently received a notification offering us a $30 credit from Instagram to promote our posts. When we tried to use the credit through our linked Facebook page, the payment was deducted from our card, but the promotion was not processed. We attempted the process again but encountered an issue where Instagram claimed our page was not connected to Facebook, even though it was. We followed all suggestions to rectify this but still were unable to successfully promote our page.

I have been an active Instagram user for over a decade and currently manage three accounts. Firstly, there is my original account, @sab.otage, with the largest following but minimal activity. I also have a private "Finsta" under @_encamino as an alter ego account. Lastly, there is my newest account, @Sabieemoon, which I use to promote my media and music, but it has the least content and followers.

Someone has created an Instagram account using my email address. Despite my attempts, I couldn't delete the account. The person is sending inappropriate websites from my email. The account name is dunnyrafman9t, and my name is Kathleen Basso. My email is [redacted] I've attached a picture of my ID. It's disappointing that my email wasn't verified with the account, causing this issue. I may have to close my AOL account due to this. Instagram should prioritize user security over profits. I never signed up for Instagram and now I won't. Please remove my email from the dunnyrafman9t account promptly.

I lost access to my Instagram account in December. On December 16th, I realized I was logged out, and when I tried to log back in, I couldn't using my usual details. A new account was created when I attempted to sign in with Facebook, but it was not my original account. I discovered that my original account was now under the username "anagashura." Despite trying to reset the password with my email linked to the account, it wasn't recognized. I suspect my account was hacked because my friends found it under this new username. I have tried to recover it through Instagram's verification process, but so far, I haven't been successful in proving my identity. I am frustrated and want to speak with a human at Instagram to resolve this issue.

Approximately a week ago, my sister stumbled upon an Instagram account under the username tony.99.oconnor. This account had been viewing her Instagram stories, which raised suspicions. Initially, we thought it might be my friend creating a new account, but he does not use Instagram regularly and had an old account from last year that he no longer utilizes.
After confirming it was not him behind the fake account, we attempted to report it to Instagram. Unfortunately, we were unable to find the account under that username, making it challenging to take action via the platform's reporting feature.

I deactivated my Instagram account two months ago and have been unsuccessful in reactivating it since. Despite online information stating accounts are not deactivated for more than a week, I have been unable to recover mine. I even created a new account to test the process and was unable to retrieve it as well. With around [redacted]/[redacted] posts, I considered Instagram safer than Facebook, and now my account seems to be lost. Hello, I am reaching out regarding my Instagram account, @Charlotte Richardson, that was hacked nearly two weeks ago. This is the second time in the past couple of months that my account has been compromised. After submitting a request form through the app, I received an email requesting a verification photo of myself holding a sheet of paper with a written code and my full name. Despite reporting the hack and temporarily disabling the account, the hacker managed to regain access. Subsequently, there is now a ban on my Instagram app on my iPhone. This ban prevents me from logging into any other accounts or creating a new one. I have not received a response to my verification photo email, and I am unable to access my accounts.
