The alias "Kelly Kizitiuu" yields no online presence linked to the images. Excuses were provided for every inconsistency, affirming my belief in his fraudulent activities. I am experiencing ongoing issues with my Instagram account being compromised by a hacker. This began last night when I was unexpectedly logged out. Today, I realized that the hacker modified all my account details, such as password, email, and username. Despite receiving a pin on my phone through Two-Factor Authentication when I try to reset my password, the hacker still manages to access my account. Hello, about two weeks ago, a girl on Instagram was using my photos pretending to be me (caroline2dance). I reported it with my friends! The next day, I couldn't access my profile and it said it was disabled? I received an email from Instagram saying I was pretending to be someone else, which made me laugh. I WAS pretending to be someone else? While a fake account kept using my photos? And they shut down my profile. I was speechless. So, I contacted support and sent my ID (photos). After a couple of days, they asked for a photo of me with a handwritten code they sent. I sent everything, but nothing happened. Two days later, I contacted them again, and they sent me another email asking for a photo with a different code. Honestly, I feel like I'm being played because this has been going on for days with no resolution. It's really annoying because my profile was closed claiming it wasn't really me, while the fake one is still open. I don't know what to do next.

Hello! I believe my Instagram account was disabled by mistake. I had reported the account @laina_j52 for impersonating me, and shortly after, my account, @_ejnochaser, was deleted. The other account is using my photos and even viewed my Instastory on the day I was deactivated. Despite multiple reports from me and my friends, nothing has been done. Instagram did not verify the information properly before deleting my account. I have had my account for years, and all the photos they used can be verified with timestamps on my page and in my phone.

In July, my best friend and I had the idea to switch and post on each other's public Instagram fanpages. When I tried to log into her account, a security verification message appeared. We discovered that the email linked to her account is actually being used for another one of her accounts. Despite trying to resend the verification email, it never arrives. We are puzzled because Instagram doesn't allow two accounts under one email. Even though we have the correct password, every login attempt states "Password Incorrect". A few days ago, when I opened the Instagram app, I encountered a message prompting me to verify my account with the email or phone number I initially used to sign up. I want to explain that I always aim to be respectful and adhere to all guidelines set by Instagram. On October 26-27th, I experienced trolling on my profile by an individual who left a very unpleasant comment in my comment section. After requesting them to be respectful or leave, I was unable to access my account (_nikki_flowers_) the next day as it showed as disabled. It appears likely that this individual, along with some friends, may have mass-reported my account leading to its disablement. My account holds important pictures and saved posts with valuable information that I cannot retrieve elsewhere. Being a licensed medical patient, this account is crucial for documenting my progress, similar to many other users. I never received any prior warnings regarding my account. I have a suggestion to improve Instagram by allowing users to block certain people from seeing specific photos rather than their whole profile. Hello! I'm from Panama, and my cellphone was stolen on Halloween night. I'm concerned the thief might access my iPhone and log into my Instagram account easily, so I decided to change all my application passwords. The next morning after the robbery, I successfully changed my Instagram password through the web browser. However, when I tried to log back in, the system requested a code sent to my old cellphone number that I no longer use. I tried to update this information, but the system did not allow me to do so, which was frustrating.
I then attempted to report my account as hacked. Facebook support sent me an email asking for a photo verification. Following their instructions, I realized my email input error, and now I am unable to access the link to recover my Instagram account. I have been emailing with support, but they rejected the photo I submitted despite meeting their requirements. Despite sending another photo, I am still waiting for a response.

I used my email address [redacted] to create an account yesterday. The username was tempuratran. However, I decided to delete it because I needed to change some settings which I couldn't figure out how to do. I thought it would be simpler to create the account again.
Unfortunately, after deleting the account, the username tempuratran is no longer available. This username was previously associated with my email and I would like to reclaim it for my new account.
