Hello, I'm Andrea Rochè and my original account name is @thatsandrea92. My email is [redacted] I don't use my phone number because I never receive the verification codes. Recently, my Instagram account was hacked. I noticed my email and password were changed, and all my posts were deleted. A friend sent me screenshots of the account where a guy was posting instead of me. None of those posts are mine; I had over [redacted] posts before everything was erased.

I recently discovered, thanks to some friends, that my account is now being controlled by another person. Originally, my account was "jaiimegiil," but they changed the account details such as emails and activated 2-step verification, preventing me from accessing my account. Furthermore, they altered the account name from "jaiimegiil" to "jaiimegiil____" and then to "jaiimegiil_______." Despite attempting to prove my identity using the facial recognition feature, I encountered difficulties with the process and its instructions for showing different angles did not appear. The imposter's feed contains entirely different types of photos compared to what I typically post, which should indicate that the account is no longer mine. I kindly request that you take action to block the account temporarily while working to restore access to my account. Good afternoon, my name is Audain Charles. I am 16 years old and would like to regain access to my account. Recently, I downloaded an app after watching a YouTube video. This app allows you to see who followed and unfollowed you on Instagram, providing insights not usually available. Unfortunately, after entering my login information, my account was temporarily blocked. Instagram prompted me to send a code to either my phone number or email. Since my phone number was outdated, I selected my email but did not receive the code. Recently, I realized, thanks to some friends, that my account is now being controlled by someone else. Earlier today around 1pm, while browsing through my account, I suddenly got logged out with a notification saying my account was compromised due to purchasing likes and followers against the terms of service. However, I have never engaged in such activities. After struggling to recall my old password, I managed to reset it through the Instagram website. Although I can access my account now, I am unable to like, message, or comment. Previously, I encountered bot accounts trying to sell followers, which I blocked. I established this fanpage account last Friday to post about a celebrity and connect with other fanpages. I believe this restriction is a misunderstanding as my account may have been flagged due to excessive likes from people trying to feature on my stories. I kindly request to have my full account functionality restored to resume engaging with my followers.

Hello, on the 28th of August, when I was using Instagram on my iPad in the evening, a message appeared on the app stating that my account was disabled with a warning of permanent deletion in 30 days. Subsequently, I got logged out and was unable to access Instagram. Despite my attempts to log back in, I couldn't recall my password. The verification codes sent to my phone or email only worked for my non-disabled accounts, not my primary one. I assume I might have been hacked as I didn't violate any rules according to my knowledge and my friends suspect the same. After approximately a day, I remain locked out of my main account due to the forgotten password and inability to use my phone number or email for recovery. I am seeking assistance to recover access to my account by verifying my ownership and resetting the password. Thank you.

Hello, Last Wednesday, my Facebook account was hacked, and as a result, Facebook disabled it. I have tried to explain that I was hacked on both Facebook and Instagram, but they have made an irreversible decision. I am distraught because I have been a victim of hacking. Additionally, my Facebook account has a professional page, and I have lost all contact with my clients who used Facebook to schedule their appointments. I am in the beauty industry. I am very upset because Facebook did not investigate the fact that I was hacked. This has had a personal impact (such as photos of my children, profiles of deceased friends, and conversations that are all I have left) and a professional impact as well. I had over [redacted] subscribers on my professional page, and my clients relied on Facebook and Instagram for updates. Just imagine the hours of work invested! I will be consulting with my lawyer regarding the damages suffered. I am at a loss.

Hello, It turns out that my user account, joorgee_020, disappeared yesterday afternoon. I received an email stating that it is associated with the account and the password has been changed. The email is as follows: [redacted] Last night, the person contacted me via WhatsApp claiming to have all my information and has been teasing me for the past two days that we have been talking. I have been unable to recover the account. He has sent me the username three times and other passwords, but none of them worked when I tried. A couple of months ago, my account was suddenly locked on Instagram for what seems like no reason. Instagram stated it was for security purposes, but the steps to verify my identity led me to an irrelevant Help Center page. I couldn't find any information related to locked accounts or the "Confirm It's You" process in the Help Center. I've attempted various solutions such as password recovery, reporting a hacked account, calling Instagram, and appealing a disabled account with no success. Hello, We recently experienced a hacking incident due to mistakenly installing malware. This resulted in losing access to several social networks including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Gmail. Currently, we have been able to recover our YouTube and Gmail accounts. Upon trying to login to Instagram, we received a message stating that our account has been suspended due to the linked Facebook account violating Community Standards or other terms. We believe the suspension occurred only because the Facebook account is deactivated, not due to any violations on our end. Our Instagram account is associated with a legitimate company (optician) and holds legal content. We kindly request a review of this situation to reactivate our account. Thank you.

Instagram has logged me out of my account, which is "lisadileo_," and I keep getting this error message every time I try to log in: "Sorry, there was a problem with your request." I don't understand what's happening. I'm not sure if it's a bug on your end, but my friends have mentioned they are not experiencing any connection issues. I was recently approached by an individual requesting my vote for an ambassadorship within a specific group. After providing my phone number as requested, I received a link to supposedly delete my password. I followed the instructions to screenshot and delete it, but this action resulted in being logged out of my account. Despite still having access to my email which does not indicate any changes, it appears someone using an iPhone accessed my account from New York. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account and have the unauthorized person removed, although I do not recall their name. While I can reset my password, the login code sent to my number seems ineffective, leading me to suspect my email may have also been altered. I have attempted to seek help from the support center without success and would greatly appreciate any guidance.

I recently tried a method suggested on TikTok to gain more followers by doing follow for follow. I quickly followed about [redacted] accounts and ignored Instagram's warning to slow down. After some time, I attempted to log back in but found out I was permanently banned without any specific reason given. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation. Eventually, I was informed that I would regain access, but when I tried the next day, I was still blocked. I have already written five letters, but I have not received any response from customer support. My account was stolen by @gaifullin02_, and the user changed the email associated with it.
