I am Xinran Li from Beijing. On 1st April, my account (xinran_li_0) was hacked after I sent a link to Brigitte Oberlik-Burtscher on Instagram. They requested votes for a contest, my cell number, and a message screenshot. Minutes later, my account showed activity in New York while I was in Beijing. Unable to log in, I discovered my account name changed to xxsdery.
Creating a new account (xinran.li.[redacted]), I contacted the hacker asking for my account return. They demanded $[redacted] in bitcoin. I have evidence with screenshots and videos of the hacker's requests for money.
Please assist me in recovering my account. Thank you.

My name is Julie Eichstaedt, and I have been running the personal account as an influencer since [redacted] under "livingwithjulie" on Instagram.
Since yesterday evening, 01.04.[redacted], around 11 pm, I am unable to access my account as it seems the email address, phone number, and username have been changed, or my profile is no longer visible. I had 11,[redacted] followers previously.
The hacker has not contacted me.
Since yesterday, I have been trying to contact Instagram support via email. Instagram itself has a form that can be filled out in these cases, but since my username has been changed, this is not possible.

I no longer have access to my Elliotborough minibar account due to a divorce. My ex-wife retains control of the old account, which has been inactive since [redacted], causing issues for my business with outdated information. She refuses to give me access or delete it. I co-manage an Instagram and Imvu shout-out page "Starz____elite" with my partner. While I reside in Guyana and she lives in England, we are the only individuals who have access to this account. Today, my partner discovered that our page has suddenly disappeared without any explanation. I am having trouble accessing my Instagram business account. Instagram indicates that the password was changed, prompting me to log in with the new password. I did not change the password and did not receive any email notifications when attempting to reset it. The account is connected to my Facebook page, allowing me to post on both platforms. However, as an admin, I do not have the login details for the Facebook page. While I can post using Facebook Suite, not being able to access the Instagram app directly means missing out on real-time story updates.

Hello, my Instagram account was recently hacked by a scammer who is trying to deceive people into sending money through bitcoin. I am struggling to report this issue to Instagram as the email address I found online bounced back to me. My username was abigail_faithhhh, which has been altered by the hacker to abigail_faitthhhh, complicating the recovery process. The hacker has taken over my account, changed the associated phone number, and added two unfamiliar email addresses. They have also blocked other accounts I've tried to contact them from. I attempted to log in on the morning of April 5, [redacted], only to discover that my account has been disabled. I received a notification stating, "Thanks for providing your info. We will review your account and get back to you in 24 hours." Subsequently, I filled out the form titled "My account has been deactivated" in the Instagram help section.
Following the form submission, I received an email from Facebook instructing me to take a photo of myself holding a handwritten verification code. I complied with this request around noon. Now, I am eagerly awaiting confirmation that my reactivation process has commenced.
Numerous pieces of content that I intended to share are currently on hold due to this situation. This platform is my passion, and I am eager to restore my account to reconnect with my followers and resume engaging in collaborative efforts, entertainment, knowledge sharing, and spreading positivity.
I kindly urge Instagram to expedite the reactivation of my profile!

I've had an account for over a decade with no activity, named edwardsutherland1. Following being locked out a month ago, I attempted to log in unsuccessfully, completed a form, and was subsequently informed of a 24-hour review period. Despite maintaining a non-engagement stance on the platform, I received a notification stating I had breached community guidelines. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via the designated protocols, including emails to various addresses associated with Instagram or Meta, I received no response. After struggling to create a new account for three weeks, I eventually succeeded with the handle celloguitar56. While trying to navigate the platform and engage with content of interest, I am once again facing a 24-hour review after being denied access.

I have had an account for over a decade with no activity and was unexpectedly locked out a month ago. The account is under my name with a number attached to it: edwardsutherland*. When I attempted to log in, it didn't work, and after filling out a form, I was informed that my account is under review, requiring a 24-hour wait period. Despite my lack of postings or comments, after days, I received a message in red ink stating that I breached their guidelines. Even after sending numerous messages using the provided caption for account lockouts, I never received a response. I attempted to create a new account, celloguitar56, after weeks of failed attempts. Just as I was starting to engage with topics of interest, I was once again denied access and am now under another 24-hour review. I am urging for the immediate reinstatement of my new account as I have not violated any guidelines. Instagram has now disabled my accounts twice, and there seems to be no way to communicate with them. The lack of transparency and communication from Instagram or Meta is concerning. Their actions feel like unjust censorship with no avenue for recourse.

My account has been compromised by scammers who posted a video on my Instagram using my face to promote their scams. They also changed the email on my profile, leaving me unable to regain access without a security code. I'm feeling overwhelmed and desperate to regain control of my account. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a Bitcoin hacker who managed to log me out of both of my Instagram accounts. Despite trying to reset my password multiple times via email and phone number approximately 15 times, I keep encountering the same hurdle - a request for a two-factor authentication code. The hacker set up this two-factor authentication using an app, and I have no way of accessing it. I've exhausted all options, including emailing Instagram, calling their support number, and searching online for solutions. I refuse to give up as I've had these accounts for years. Although I can reset the password using a different email and phone number linked to the accounts, the two-factor code requirement still blocks my access. This situation has been a frustrating ordeal for about three hours now, and I urgently need assistance to resolve it.

I need some help. I uninstalled and reinstalled Instagram due to phone issues. Now, when I try to log in, I can't access my account on the app, although I can still log in through the website and similar apps, which is inconvenient. My Instagram account "frances_annah" has been hacked. To stay connected with my followers, I created a new account called "franceslovestrees." The hackers have been causing trouble in my original account for a week, starting from last Saturday 4/2/22 when they gained access. The issue arose after I clicked on a link in a direct message from a follower that I thought was trustworthy, only to be tricked and locked out of my account after my password was changed. I am unable to recover it as I cannot recall the email or phone number associated with the account. The email is inactive, the listed phone number is incorrect, and the authenticator app doesn't match the profile's phone number. It seems the hackers may have altered some personal details. I wish to close the hacked account, but Instagram's verification process is hindered due to these discrepancies. The artwork on both accounts could be used for identification, and I am known as Frances Carr on both. I seek assistance in closing the compromised account to prevent further havoc with my followers.

Yesterday at 3 pm in Rome, Italy, I experienced a hack on my account cindi_emond. The hacker changed my email from [redacted] to [redacted] They requested that I post a Bitcoin video and read a script to regain access. After I expressed confusion, they attempted a video call which I declined. Subsequently, they blocked me and posted a story endorsing a Bitcoin account @vanessa_fx_mentor_12. This suspicious activity alarmed my followers due to the erratic behavior and poor grammar in the posts. Concerned about the security breach, I notified my followers through my second account about the hack on my primary account. 1. My Twitter account @elsagubbiotti was hacked on Saturday, April 2nd, around 23:40 Italian Time (14:40 California Time). I received a direct message from a compromised account instructing me to click on a link shortly before losing access to my account. The hacker then posted content related to bitcoins instead of my usual content about artistic tarts and pies on my profile.
