Hello, my account has been blocked. I posted an artistic photo where only my buttocks are visible. It's not vulgar; I posted several in unique locations while traveling the world for 3 years. Please, I didn't know it was prohibited as I never had a problem before. I posted several artistic photos for the artists who tattoo me; I have tattoos from all over the world on my body. Please reactivate my account; I will delete the photos and never post them again if it's offensive or against the rules. I didn't know, excuse me. Look at the photos, nothing inappropriate can be seen. My whole life is on this Instagram, and when I return to France, I have to release a film in collaboration with TF1 about my incredible story. I am an extreme athlete; I have completed the toughest treks globally, including the Himalayas, the world's highest pass, and four active volcanoes, the highest being [redacted] meters above sea level without oxygen. Yesterday morning, I was notified that my Instagram account had been compromised with a change in phone number and email. Despite multiple attempts at facial recognition and password resets, the hackers regained access by changing my information again. I have since resecured my account with a longer password and 2-factor authentication but faced the same issue shortly after deactivating. The hackers' contact details are [redacted] and +[redacted][redacted], which is traced back to Nigeria. I have attempted facial recognition again for the fourth time. Last year, one of my Instagram accounts was hacked, and a phishing message was sent out under my name. I have since enabled two-factor authentication and informed my followers about the incident through posts and direct messages. However, I do not recall receiving any recovery codes or setting up an authentication app for signing in. Everything was fine until last Friday when I was unexpectedly prompted to log in again on the iPhone app, despite not having logged out.
Unfortunately, without the recovery codes or an authentication app, I am unable to access my account. I have reached out to Instagram for support but have not received a response in the last five days. I have checked my account from another account that I have access to and have not noticed any suspicious activity, leading me to believe that my account has not been hacked.

I posted about my cancelled flight on 3/3/22, and I believed my Facebook and Instagram accounts were temporarily suspended. I may have unknowingly offended some, but the post did not breach any community guidelines. When I checked yesterday, I discovered on 3/5/22 I was accused of violating community standards with 3 posts related to "child sexual exploitation," resulting in both accounts being deleted. I was inactive at that time, did not make any posts on that subject, and was surprised by the claim. I suspect my accounts were compromised, falsely reported, or there was a significant mistake by Facebook/Instagram. Please investigate urgently. I am unable to log in using the Facebook app, and my Instagram account appears gone, preventing me from generating a code to log in. I reiterate, I never mentioned children or sexual exploitation. Kindly reactivate my accounts; this erases over a decade of connections and memories unjustly.

I am reaching out because I recently received an email from Instagram informing me that the email associated with my Instagram account had been changed. Unfortunately, the email did not provide me with an option to revert this change, and the link included in the email was not functional. Subsequently, I noticed that I had been logged out of my main account (Chloe Coullomb) as well as two other accounts: (C. Priv. Acc) and (Backup User [redacted]). It came to my attention that the hacker had used my main account to promote a bitcoin investment with the username Amelia Olivier. In response, I urged as many people as possible to report both my hacked account and the hacker, Amelia Olivier.
A few hours later, I observed that the content posted by the hacker on my account had been removed and that Amelia Olivier's account had been banned. Nevertheless, I am eager to regain access to my accounts. Regrettably, the hacker changed the phone number and email associated with the accounts. Your assistance in recovering my accounts would be greatly appreciated.

On Tuesday night, 4/12/22, I attempted to post a photo on Instagram through the desktop web interface. The image was appropriate with nothing scandalous, body parts were covered, and no hashtags were used. However, a box appeared mentioning suspicious activity, asked me a captcha question (which I answered correctly), and requested a two-factor ID number which I provided accurately. Despite this, I was locked out, informed that my post would be under review for 24 hours, and possibly allowed later. I assumed it was a technical error.
On Wednesday, 4/13/22, I tried to log in but only partially succeeded since my feed would not refresh or display my photos.
Later that day, upon another login attempt, I received a message stating that I had violated terms by posing as someone else. My Instagram handle is my full name with a middle initial, linked to my Gmail account with the same details as always. The account has not changed in years, uses the same email and phone number, and was only flagged once for an image, which I successfully appealed. I clicked the appeal form link, but a message appeared saying, "There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." No contact information was provided. I seek clarity on why my account was deactivated and how it can be reinstated.

I want to share my situation: on Saturday, April 9, I logged into my Instagram account as usual and was suddenly logged out, which was very strange and had never happened to me before. Upon logging back in, I noticed that my account activity showed as "active one hour ago, in France". I suspected my account had been hacked, so I logged out of that device and changed my password. When I tried to change it, the system indicated that the current password I entered was incorrect, even though I was certain it was correct. I managed to change it using codes sent by Instagram to my email and phone number. Everything seemed fine until the next day, Sunday, April 10, when I was asked for a code sent via SMS to my phone number upon logging in. After providing the code, I received a notification stating that I had violated Instagram's policies, and my account would be closed for 24 hours due to recent irregularities, with the possibility of deletion. I received a message from a friend on Instagram asking for help to set up their account on another phone. They sent me a code to send back to them via text, instructing me not to click on any links. Unfortunately, following their directions led to my account getting locked. I received an email stating that my email had been changed, two-factor verification was turned on without my consent, and an attempt was made to access my account. As I never set up two-factor authentication, it seems the hacker was responsible. Despite managing to access my account briefly to log out a device in Nigeria, I still can't log in successfully.
