Instagram Customer Service Issues

Upon logging into my Instagram account, I received a notification indicating suspicious activity and a temporary lock for security reasons. It seems my account may have been compromised due to a phishing attack. To proceed with verifying my identity, Instagram prompts sending a code to my phone number. Unfortunately, I recently changed my number and no longer have access to the old one. Changing my contact information seems impossible without being able to log in first or access any account details.

I am unable to access my saved posts on my Instagram account @cassielogic733. When I attempt to save a post to a collection, the window at the bottom of the screen opens, loads, and then disappears without saving. Additionally, when trying to access my saved posts through various paths on my account, such as through the menu button or account settings, it either times out with an "ingress timeout" message or displays "something went wrong, please try again". Interestingly, creating a new collection allows me to view recent saved posts but not in their collections. I can add posts to this new collection, which remains visible as long as I stay on the saved posts page. However, upon leaving the page and returning, the new collection disappears. This issue has persisted for approximately two days as of March 24, [redacted], and it occurs on the desktop browser version of Instagram as well. Despite trying different networks, restarting the app, phone, logging out and back in, and even reinstalling Instagram, the problem has not been resolved. My other account, @doodlingbycassie, does not encounter this issue.

After my accounts were registered for just 15 minutes, they were shut down. Hello,  I have been trying for 5 days to contact Facebook's services. Since I know that Instagram acquired Facebook, I am reaching out to your services as a last resort.  Last Thursday (March 24), my Facebook account was hacked, and hackers apparently posted child pornography images on my account. It was my friends who alerted me. By the time I tried to delete them, your services had already suspended my account, which is understandable. Unfortunately, I couldn't inform you of this hack as I no longer had access to my account. Today, I find myself with a suspended account due to photos that were a result of hacking.  Could you please resolve this issue to realize that I am not the author of these images and that I simply wish to regain access to my page? They activated two-factor authentication, hindering my efforts to recover my account as the recovery process requires the backup code the hacker established. Video verification attempts have been unsuccessful. I’m uncertain if the failure is due to my previous longer beard or if the hacker changed the profile picture. I’m eager to regain access to my account. It is concerning that a simple action like enabling 2-factor authentication can lead to such a critical issue of being locked out of my own account.
