I have an account from [redacted] that I want to access and delete, but I forgot the password. The email linked to it is closed, so I can't receive the password reset email. I attempted to use my phone number, but it indicates the account is already linked to another number, not mine. I can easily prove ownership as the photos on the account are unmistakably of me from that time.

Hello, This morning, I manually unsubscribed from various accounts, and I got blocked - I didn't share my password or data with anyone and didn't use any services. I'm unable to recover access to my titova.hr account. I can't recall my Instagram password, but I remember my Facebook password. I've requested an SMS with a link, but Instagram shows an error when I click on the link. The phone linked to the account is +[redacted]4 or [redacted]4.

I recently returned to my account after about 6 months and tried to reach out to around 30 people for interviews for my podcast. Upon logging in, I was informed by Instagram that I had allegedly shared my password and violated community guidelines, resulting in a week-long ban on direct messaging. I was simply trying to resume my activities and regain my DM privileges. I believe this action was unjustified and would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue. I woke up and noticed on Instagram that [redacted] extra people were followed using my account. Although my login details were untouched, I quickly unfollowed all the accounts. The following day, Instagram disabled my account, citing reasons like artificially increasing likes or followers. I believe the mass following caused this issue. Instagram support instructed me to send a photo holding a code, but it has been 3 days without a reply. Living in a non-English-speaking country adds to the difficulty of resolving this. I am uncertain what steps to take next, as a response seems unlikely at this point. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Good morning, I want to report that my Instagram account was hacked yesterday around 5 p.m. (GMT). My username is (simi.mcr), and the person who hacked my account goes by the username (rjay_mcr2022). I have evidence of their attempt to hack my account. I have been trying to recover my account since yesterday, but I can't because they changed the password, email, and phone number. Hello, My Instagram account has been hacked, the username is: houssam_sam39. I followed all the steps to recover my account but I was unsuccessful. After the verification with a selfie on the application, it got blocked. A friend whom I trust sent me a message saying he needed a code to unlock his phone. I replied, not realizing he had also been hacked. I am unable to find a solution to recover my account despite following all the steps. My Instagram has been hacked, and the individual changed all my information. I've been attempting to recover it. Here's what happened: A person I believed was a friend asked for my help and needed my phone number. Unknowingly, when I provided my number, a link was sent to my phone, which I then forwarded to them. This led to my account being hacked. It was my mistake for trusting someone. I simply want my account back because there are photos on there that I don't have anywhere else but on Instagram. These are memories I cannot retrieve elsewhere. Could someone please assist me in regaining access to my account?

Yesterday, I received a direct message from someone pretending to be my cousin, asking for my phone number to receive a password reset link. After sending the link, I realized it was a hacker, not my cousin. Now, I am unable to access my account as the hacker has changed all the verification details. I am in desperate need of help, but unfortunately, Instagram does not have a customer service helpline available.

My account got banned because someone asked me to send them a video on Instagram. I didn't know the content was against Instagram guidelines. I genuinely had no idea it was inappropriate. My account, @kavyabisht06, has been deactivated by Instagram. I have put a lot of effort into it, so please consider restoring it. I promise not to share such videos again. Kindly forgive my mistake and reinstate my account. Thank you for your understanding.

My account @andreastarreese was hacked. The hacker changed the email associated with the account, the password, and even deleted the phone number. I didn't receive any alerts from Instagram regarding these changes, and now I'm facing threats and demands for money via WhatsApp. Despite reporting the situation to Instagram, their automated analysis found no issues. I kindly request to have my @andreastarreese account restored to its original email.

On Christmas Day, I received a concerning notification that my Instagram account was accessed from New York while I was in Pennsylvania, indicating a hack. Despite my attempts to recover my account using my usual credentials, the hacker had changed my password, phone number, and email, even enabling 2-factor authentication. Although I received an email confirming the change in my email address, I was unable to secure my account. Multiple attempts to verify my identity through video submissions to Instagram were unsuccessful, and alternative methods proved futile. My initial email associated with the account did not facilitate the verification process. Despite enlisting the help of friends to report the compromised account, Instagram's response has been lacking, leaving me feeling helpless and unsure of the next steps to take.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the deletion of our professional Instagram account for the store I work for, under the name VICTOR ET VIOLETTE COSMETIQUES. On December 15, my manager received a notification from you stating that her page could be certified. She clicked on a provided link and lost access to the Instagram account. She received messages on a platform (WhatsApp) demanding €[redacted] to recover her account. Naturally, she did not respond to this message from +1[redacted]. A few hours later, she received another message from the same number reducing the price to €[redacted] to regain access to the page. We attempted the necessary steps to reset the password but found that the hacker not only changed the password but also the email address associated with the page for the password reset link. The same situation occurred with the phone number. We noticed the store's username was altered to verifybluebadgescontact from victoretviolettecosmetiques. We contacted Instagram support and were asked for a photo of my manager holding a picture with the code [redacted], along with the name MADAME EMMANUELLE CASSIN in large letters as the account holder, the old username victoretviolettecosmetiques, and the new one verifybluebadgescontact. As of today, the account and its publications are no longer available. When attempting to log in with the old credentials, it says no user was found! It has been over 10 days since we provided the requested photo evidence and we are awaiting the recovery of our page. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. I am available for further details.

I'm having trouble accessing my new account on Instagram. The platform flagged my account as a potential robot account and requested to verify my identity via SMS to my phone number. Despite entering my number, I have not been receiving any messages. Every time I attempt to submit my phone number, I receive an error message telling me to wait a few minutes before trying again. I waited and attempted after a couple of hours, but the issue persists. Even trying with a different phone number was unsuccessful. I'm in need of assistance to resolve this matter.

I need to report an identity violation. Someone has posted a picture of me on a fake profile on Instagram under the name "Jimmy my love." I don't have an Instagram account yet, as I tried to sign up but had to change my phone number, and now I have to wait a month to redo the process. I am concerned about the individual using my image to deceive others. I have a screenshot of the profile and can provide my identity card as proof. The person has malicious intentions, and I fear they may cause harm. It would be helpful if the photo could be located and removed from any future fake accounts. Hello, my issue started after uploading a story with my bank account CVU for my friends to deposit money for my birthday. Instagram took it down, stating it went against their guidelines, which I was unaware of. I appealed and they re-posted it, apologizing for the misunderstanding. However, about three days later, on the 17th of November [redacted], my birthday, they banned my account. I am not sure what the problem was exactly since I don't use Instagram much, but if it was something inappropriate, I apologize and promise not to do it again. On 12/26/21, my Instagram account was hacked. The hacker changed my password, email, and phone number. I received a notification about a sign-in attempt from Los Angeles, and when I clicked "this wasn't me," nothing happened. I sent emails and selfie videos to Instagram but no response. Another login attempt was made from Switzerland on 12/27. The hacker changed my username to @okayitsashley__. They are trying to scam people into investing money in cryptocurrency using my name. I need help recovering or deleting my account. I've had 20 people report the profile as well. My original handle was @okayitsashley.

I am experiencing issues with my Direct Message notifications. When I am actively using the app, I receive notifications for incoming messages, which is convenient. However, if I exit the app or turn off my phone, I do not receive any notifications for DMs. Strangely, this problem is limited to my DMs as I still receive notifications for follow requests, posts, and stories. I have already reviewed and confirmed my settings on both the app and my iPhone Xr, and they seem to be correct. I have also tried restarting my phone and updating it to the latest iOS version. Could you please provide assistance with this matter?
