Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday, I received an email from you informing me that someone had accessed my Instagram account from Herent. Following your advice, I changed my password, but now I am unable to log back in to Instagram. I reached out to friends and asked them to report my account to prevent the unauthorized user from accessing it any further. I would appreciate your assistance in helping me regain access to my account. My Instagram account got disabled by Instagram because I used an app to analyze followers that turned out to be against the rules. I deleted the account once I found out, but now I'm struggling to get it back. I've reached out to Instagram and Facebook through various channels but haven't received any replies. They requested a code and a photo of myself to verify my identity, which I sent, but still no response. I'm at a loss for what to do next.

Recently, a friend of mine had their account compromised, and the hacker started reaching out to me via text from their account. The individual claimed that if I switched my email on my Instagram account to the one they provided, I would receive $[redacted] on my Cash App after sending them a screenshot. Unfortunately, I fell for the scam, thinking it was my friend communicating with me all this time. As a result, I changed my email, leading to my account being hacked, and now the hacker is using it to post content and impersonate me.

I have an extremely old account named Shantellehume that I no longer want. Unfortunately, people have been taking screenshots of my photo from that account, causing me a lot of issues. I would really appreciate it if you could permanently delete the account from your website. I regret having had the account and if I could only remember the password, I would log in immediately to delete it. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the password. My name is Shantelle Hume, and the account was based in Scotland. There is an email associated with the account, but I cannot remember it. It appears as [redacted], but I do not have any Gmail account like that. Please delete the account as I am constantly worried about it.

I have encountered a technical issue with my Instagram account. Yesterday around 2pm, I used a third-party app to remove ghost followers. However, the app could not access my data, causing all my data on the account's backend to stop loading. The message displayed indicated that my data was in the wrong format. Additionally, I experienced repeated logouts and logins whenever I tried to access the account on mobile. Interestingly, I can still access the account's backend smoothly on a desktop, and everything appears fine when viewed from other pages. The problem seems to be limited to accessing my account on mobile.

My account was compromised on December 16, [redacted], at 00:52. The email and phone number were changed, and I am unable to access my account. The hackers posted stories and photos pretending to be me, deceiving others into investing in their company. I possess evidence to prove ownership, including conversations with contacts, chat screenshots, shared photos, and stories dating back to [redacted]. I linked my Instagram account to Duo Mobile for Two-Factor Authentication, but my iPhone is lost, and I forgot my Apple ID. Each time I attempt to log in, Duo sends a 6-digit code to verify my account, which I cannot retrieve without my iPhone. Even though I originally created the Instagram account with my email, I remain unable to access it. Assistance in recovering my account is greatly appreciated.

My Instagram account seems to be blocked as I keep getting a "couldn't refresh feed" error on every section, including my posts. I believe a comment I made jokingly with inappropriate language yesterday might be the cause. The only working page I found warns of a potential loss of access due to flagged comments. I wish to speak with a human representative to resolve this issue.

Hello, I recently updated the birthday on our business Instagram profile @junkbrands, which has over +185k followers, to 11/16/[redacted]. Right after the update, the account got locked. When trying to make corrections, we keep getting a message saying our account is restricted with "You Can't Use This Feature Right Now." This issue is similar to what happened during the verification process. We are seeking assistance to recover the account and complete the verification process, as we fulfill all the necessary criteria.

Hello, I have encountered recurring issues with my Instagram accounts being blocked. This has happened to accounts named: melicora2207, melicora120750, corameli2207, and jmd120750i. Despite reporting the problem daily on my newly created 5th account and emailing [redacted], I have not received any responses. I am unable to access the Instagram app as I do not own a smartphone, impeding my ability to confirm my identity and recover my accounts. I even attempted using my daughter's phone unsuccessfully. Around 19:31, an account messaged me via my Instagram DM, asking for a link. Initially, they messaged me from my boyfriend's account, so I didn't suspect anything and sent the link. Approximately 5 minutes later, they logged into my account, changed my contact information, including email and phone number, to a different number, which locked me out of my Instagram. The Instagram help site didn't detail the next steps clearly, only mentioning I could verify my account with a video. I received emails through my linked accounts notifying me of the changes as I couldn't see them from my original email, but couldn't access the link to secure my account since they had changed the email. Now, they are using my account to message my friends and family.

I recently discovered a suspicious Instagram account under the handle @mbk__chattta33 with the same profile picture as mine (@mbk_chattta). It seems that @mbk__chattta has somehow hacked into my cousin’s Instagram, posing as him and contacting me to send money with the promise of high returns. This individual has a deceptive scheme where they manipulate people into sending them money or divulging personal information, potentially through phishing techniques. They have been targeting various individuals, including elderly people, and could be using stolen identities or financial information for fraud. This scammer even managed to reach out to me through a family member’s Instagram. It is alarming as they could be exploiting saved payment details on accounts. After realizing this situation, I confronted the imposter who demanded money to return control of my cousin’s account, demonstrating a pattern of extortion. It is important to raise awareness about this issue and take immediate action to regain control of my account.

I created an Instagram account as a kid a while back and forgot about it when I made a new one later on. Recently, a friend notified me that someone is posting on my old account. I lack the necessary details to access it due to the time that has passed. All I want is to have the account deleted to avoid potential security issues. Hello, On November 26th, my Instagram account with the username little.billl was hacked. The hacker changed the username to _little.billl_ and attempted to delete it. It has not been 30 days yet, and I would like to recover my username and account before any information is lost. I have had this account since around [redacted]. Hi GetHuman team, I'm having trouble logging into my Instagram account on the PC. I accidentally logged out and now I can't remember my password. I've tried the "forgot my password" option and requested the link to be sent to my email, but I haven't received it. When I tried to send the link to my cellphone, it showed an error message.
