I wrote something in a post and then got reported by a user. For the past 2 days, I haven't been able to access my account. The feeds, chats, and posts are not loading. I received a message saying I violated the guidelines and might lose my account along with all my followers and posted pictures. I don't want that to happen because I have good friends on there from my old school, and Instagram is my main way of staying in touch with them. Dear Instagram Team, I have been unable to access my Instagram account for the past two days. I tried using a story downloader app to save my stories, and I have logged in and out of my account multiple times. My Instagram was hacked, but I managed to regain access by following the steps for a forgotten password. First, I occasionally utilize a third-party app called Reports+ to keep track of who unfollows me and view story insights. Second, I reshared an Instagram story from my favorite football club without owning the content by taking a screenshot. I am seeking clarification on the issue so that I can rectify my actions. I recall experiencing a similar block in the past, which was resolved within 48 hours. I recently learned about your updated terms of use, which seem to be more stringent now. I kindly request your assistance in restoring my account, as I have built memories and connected with friends over the past 9 years on this account. Hello, I attempted to provide feedback through Instagram login, but I have not received a response. I believe Instagram support has received my email.
