I got an email from Instagram stating someone from Ukraine accessed my account, which wasn't me. When I tried to reset my password using the link provided, I encountered a "page not found" message. Despite having cookies disabled and using a regular browser, I cannot reset my password. This situation is worrying as I suspect a possible hack. While I can still access Instagram on my phone, I'm unable to change the password since I can't recall the current one.

Good morning, I have noticed many users participating in the "add yours" sticker chain on Instagram and I was eager to join in. Unfortunately, when I click on the sticker, nothing happens. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app and restarting my phone without success. Being able to use this feature would greatly enhance my experience on the app. I am frustrated by the fact that my account seems to be excluded from this feature. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue and enable this feature on my account. I used to follow a reputable influencer who suddenly posted a giveaway. Naively thinking it was still the same person, I entered the contest but unfortunately fell victim to a scam, which I never expected would happen to me. The scammer asked me to create a video claiming I made $10,[redacted] using a trading app they provided, promising to return my account once I did. Luckily, I hadn't linked my Facebook yet. When I got logged out of Instagram, I realized I had been scammed. The email associated with my account has been changed, leaving me unable to access my account.

I am unable to access my Instagram account as it appears to have been deleted or disabled. I am unable to log in because my account is missing. After posting a picture, my account disappeared without any explanation via email or message regarding any violation of the guidelines. The last picture I shared only showed my legs, and although I was wearing underwear, it was a professional photoshoot. Kindly provide guidance on how I can regain access to my account. Two days ago, my account on Instagram was unexpectedly closed, and I was prompted to change my password for account recovery. I followed the instructions, but the issue persisted. Despite not being involved in any wrongdoing, I am no longer able to access my account. Instagram attributed this to sharing my password to gain followers, violating guidelines. However, I have not shared my password with anyone.

Hello, I had an Instagram account with the username bulut.bey.71, under the name TC Oguzhan Furkan Ecevit. I had 19 followers and was following 14 accounts. Unfortunately, I can't remember the email I used to set up the account back when I had a different phone. Our professional account, DesignMarket_FR, was recently hacked. We received an email notification yesterday at 11:55 pm indicating that the password had been changed. Since we were not at work, we were unable to prevent this change. The hacker then implemented two-factor authentication, which has completely locked us out of our account. Details about the hacker include the following: - The hacker is reportedly located in Turkey and targets numerous French Instagram accounts in the Art/Deco sector. - The login email was changed to [redacted] - The hacker's Instagram account is @pharabenfarway37k2, as shown in the attached screenshot. - Initial research suggests that the hacker operates several fraudulent websites, with the data provided during registration being: [redacted].

Hello! All of my advertising campaigns were taken down, and my advertising account was blocked. Although the account was later unblocked, I am unable to use Instagram promotions for some reason. Most importantly, I am also unable to request a review for some reason. Additionally, all the recent updates on my page have been rolled back, and Instagram is not functioning correctly. I discovered that my friend's account was hacked. The hacker changed the password, username, email, and phone number linked to the account. False information and suspicious links promising free money are being shared. All our friends follow this account, and the tagged photos no longer show the real account owner, indicating it was compromised.

Last week, I decided to take a break from social media and temporarily deactivated my account. When I tried to reactivate it yesterday, I was prompted to enter codes from my authentication app. Unfortunately, after entering the codes, I received an error message asking me to try again. I reached out to Instagram via email, and they informed me that my account has been disabled, which is preventing me from logging in. However, I have not violated any terms or rules, and I still have access to my password and authentication app. I am certain that this is just a login issue and not a case of my account being disabled. I received a notification regarding the disabling of my Facebook account on 12/9. I disagreed with this decision and submitted a photo of my driver's license for review. During this time, unauthorized charges were made via PayPal for Facebook ads, which I have disputed with PayPal. Today, on 12/14, I discovered unauthorized charges of $[redacted] on Facebook, leading me to cancel my credit card. I am now unable to access Instagram, receiving a "no user found" message. I initially signed up for Instagram on an iPhone in [redacted] and later switched to a business account linked to Facebook about four years ago under the username Sarahmontgomerydesign. Unfortunately, I do not recall my username prior to this change. I am having difficulty accessing my Instagram account @smoothprintss because the 2-factor authentication was activated without my knowledge. I am missing the codes that are supposed to come every 30 seconds and I do not have any backup codes. I suspect this may have been triggered because I had previously set up 2-factor authentication on my primary personal account under the same email [redacted] As Instagram no longer supports dual account systems, both accounts are linked to the same email. I would like to regain access to my Instagram account to manage the security settings effectively. If necessary, I can update the email associated with the account. The account contains important business information, so it is crucial for me to recover access without losing any data.

I am locked out of my Instagram account because it was hacked. I can only recover it with an email address that is deactivated, despite having my phone number and Facebook account linked to it. My phone broke, and I had to get a new one, resulting in a new phone number as I added a new line. Unfortunately, my saved passwords were on the broken phone, and now I can't access them.
