Hello Instagram Team Members, My Instagram account, @balaji_gidde, was deactivated on September 29, [redacted], around 8:27 pm IST. At that time, I was not using my account, as it was hacked, and I was unable to access it. There was no password change email sent to my Gmail account as well. It seems someone else was using my account without my knowledge. If any posts or messages violated your community guidelines or terms of use, I sincerely apologize. My intentions are never to hurt anybody's sentiments or post content that goes against the guidelines. I am unaware of how this happened to my account, as I did not share my Instagram password with anyone nor did I click on any suspicious links. I assure you that such errors will not occur in the future. Kindly consider reactivating my account. Thank you.

Unfortunately, around October 2nd, my account @imwhorekneeidc was disabled and later permanently deleted, stating that I had violated community guidelines. I checked the guidelines, but they didn't seem to match the content I posted, which consisted of original memes and jokes created to entertain and make others laugh. On October 1st, I even reached a milestone of 10,[redacted] followers, which meant a lot to me. After waking up to the account being disabled, I felt devastated. I've submitted appeals and completed the necessary verifications, but it has been four days with no resolution. I cherish this account, as it took a year to build, forming new friendships and brightening people's days. The situation has greatly impacted my mental health, and I feel unjustly targeted compared to accounts posting inappropriate content. I kindly request a review of the decision to reinstate my account. Thank you.

Kindly review my inquiries thoroughly. 1. My old account, sp_prajapati, has no recovery options, and Instagram states it doesn't violate their policies. However, it's my account, and I wish to reclaim the username. I can provide personal details like my birthday or security answers I set up a decade or two ago 😤. If a message sent to that account goes unanswered, it should be returned to the original user (me). 2. Another account, sp_prajapati7, displays "user not found" after temporarily disabling it with the break option. I seek clarification on why this is occurring. I require access to both accounts. Please take action or refrain from sending generic responses. Dissatisfaction with your service is prompting me and my friends to explore other platforms due to the lack of attention given to our concerns.

I utilized Instagram's "Add an account" feature to set up a secondary account for my hobby. This account worked fine on my iPhone Instagram app until one day when, upon switching from my main to my secondary account, the app abruptly logged me out and crashed. Subsequent login attempts using my previous credentials failed with an "incorrect password" message. Resetting the password led to a "No users found" response, and attempting to recreate the account resulted in an "account already exists" error. Instagram's "Help" Center did not offer any relevant solutions, and their phone support directed me to a non-existent form in the help center.

My Instagram account got disabled temporarily. I'm struggling to log back in with the code they sent. I suspect it happened because my friend used a tracking app on my phone to see who unfollowed me. I'm unable to appeal the decision since I can't log in to verify my identity to send the appeal. It's frustrating not being able to reach Instagram for help.

Dear Sir, I am Mohit Saini and I deactivated my Instagram account in the 3rd week of August [redacted] (24th August [redacted]) due to preparing for competitive exams and excessive use. I kindly request Instagram's assistance in reactivating my account. I have not breached any community guidelines. I used Instagram on Android and Windows with the username adv.mohit_saini and name Mohit Saini. My email is [redacted] and phone number is [redacted]. Despite Instagram sending me a non-functional link and later denying the existence of my account, I would like to retrieve it. My user ID is adv.mohit_saini and the associated email is [redacted] Instagram previously sent codes to my phone number [redacted], but now they claim otherwise. I believe my account was mistakenly deactivated or deleted, and I simply wish to reactivate it as I have not violated any policies or laws.

My Instagram account with the username sirena_m314 encountered an issue on October 4th related to Facebook, causing it to be disabled and losing all content. Unfortunately, I can't access it now. I created another unused account with [redacted], which I can still access. It seems Instagram is only recognizing this account and not sirena_m314. I am having trouble accessing my private Instagram account. While messaging a friend, I was unexpectedly asked if I was a robot, a situation I have never encountered on the platform before. Despite repeated attempts to answer, the website did not allow me to continue. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as updating it, but this only made matters worse. Now, when attempting to log in, I do not receive a verification code and encounter errors or requests to try again. Although I can access my other account, my private account appears to be missing. Upon contacting Facebook and Instagram for support, I was asked to provide various details, including a picture of myself, only to be informed that my account had been disabled. I do not believe I violated any terms to warrant this action, leaving me shocked. Despite receiving a link to a form for assistance, I cannot fill it out as it requires confirming my username on Instagram - a task I cannot complete with my disabled account. Additionally, my attempts to use alternative forms were met with a message warning about potential abusive behavior. I am at a loss for how to proceed and would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

My account @stemiglioli was disabled on Thursday, September 23rd. This was due to the Reports+ app mishandling my data, violating the Terms of Use, and engaging in unsolicited commercial activities and repetitive content sharing on my profile. Despite multiple reports, Instagram Support has not assisted in recovering my account which holds a decade's worth of personal information, business connections, conversations, images, and private files. The loss of this profile has had negative impacts on my mental well-being, career, and social life. The Reports+ app allegedly mishandled my data, resulted in breaching Terms of Use, sent unsolicited commercial messages using my profile, and shared repetitive content without my authorization. I have made multiple reports to Instagram Support but have not received help in restoring my account. My account was disabled for violating terms, and I was informed it would be reinstated after 30 days. However, even after 30 days have passed, I am still unable to access my account. Please assist as it is crucial to me. I assure you there won't be any further violations. Since the 30-day period has lapsed, I request the account to be reinstated today. I am dealing with a distressing situation involving a fake Instagram account set up under the name zakia_jalal1990. The profile contains my address, and now individuals are showing up at my apartment claiming to have spoken with me regarding sexual activities. I have reported the fake account to Instagram, as have approximately 10 to 12 of my friends and family. It is alarming that strangers are appearing at my residence because of this deceitful account using my photos and address. Hello, On Sunday, October 3rd, I fell victim to a Western Union scam. It all started with an e-transfer request for $[redacted] to my email. Without realizing, I clicked on a link, which debited $[redacted] from my personal bank account. Subsequently, I received a call via WhatsApp from a scammer who claimed to be holding my $[redacted] and threatened to blackmail me if I didn't comply. They demanded more money as collateral, even going as far as harassing me for access to my Instagram account. Eventually, they gained control over my account and I received an email from Western Union indicating $20,[redacted] was available for pickup, but I needed to pay a $[redacted] government duty tax. These scammers used my information to try to acquire this money, drained $[redacted] from my account, and hijacked my Instagram. They coerced me into making a video falsely claiming I turned $2k into $20k to get my account and money back. After complying, they disappeared. They altered my Instagram settings, posted the video, and are now pretending to be me to involve my followers in their scam. I am seeking assistance from Instagram to resolve this issue.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with my reoccurring issue of my Instagram account being inexplicably blocked without valid reasons. Each time I perform common actions such as liking pictures on my feed, saving images, or organizing content, my account faces restrictions. I use Instagram's functions as intended, yet face constant interruptions. Recently, I attempted to link my Instagram photos to my WordPress site, only to encounter yet another block. This pattern is frustrating and I am unsure why it persists. When faced with a ban, I am presented with multiple verification methods. One option demands my phone number, which I find intrusive but am willing to provide if necessary. The second method involves confirming my identity through a code sent via email. All goes smoothly until I am prompted to create a new password after entering the code, which seems excessive. The third verification route requires submitting photos of my face from various angles, alongside accessing my camera - a request I find concerning. Hello, I've been unable to access my account for a week. I haven't violated any app policies. My account has disappeared, and others can't find me. Initially, my Instagram account was linked to Facebook. Recently, I've been using a different, more secure password. While I usually reside in Germany, I'm currently studying abroad in Russia. This change might be causing the issue with my account. I've reached out to support twice, providing identity verification with a photo and a code, but I haven't received any response yet. Last week, while viewing my friends' Instagram stories, I experienced a brief internet connection issue which led to being logged out and prompted to register again with a notification of access being restored within 24 hours for verification checks. Hello, today at 6:00 am, I received a text message with a recovery code that I never requested. Then, I received another at 7:00 and 8:00 am. After realizing the situation, I went to the Instagram app and it logged me out, not allowing me to access my account "caatalinaaf." I tried to change my password to regain access, but Instagram shows a message saying it's not possible to recover my account at the moment and to try again later. When I request a recovery code, it sends a link to an account that's not mine. Unfortunately, the Facebook account associated with this is not mine either, so I can't access my current account through Facebook. My phone number is [redacted] and my email is [redacted]. I would like to request verification of my identity to access my account.

A situation has arisen with my Instagram account. It was compromised by a hacker who initiated several unwanted follows. Upon regaining access, I purged these follows and logged out. Now, despite having the correct login credentials, I am unable to access my account. I tried to reset my password using various methods, yet I am informed that the account does not exist. Paradoxically, when attempting to create a new account with the same information, I am told it is already in use. Additionally, the account recovery process led me to a blank page without prompts for verification codes. Subsequent attempts to recover access resulted in a message claiming my account is nonexistent or in use. I possess all necessary information regarding the account and can provide evidence if needed. Despite sending an email with verification details to the provided address, there has been no resolution after an extended period. I had activated Google two-factor authentication for added security.

Good evening! I have uploaded a lot of highlights at the same time on my Instagram account "ilia5.4r4m" and I suspect that the system may have flagged it, thinking I purchased likes. When I try to log into my account, I receive a message saying my account has been compromised. It asks for my old password and to set a new one. Since I haven't stored my old password anywhere, I click on the "Reset Password" button. It then asks for my phone number and sends me a link to regain access to my account. Once I enter my account, I don't see any new pictures, stories, or updates from the people I follow. Instead, I get a message saying "Feed could not be refreshed." I'm also unable to edit my profile or do anything else. I would appreciate your help with my issue. Thank you very much!
