Hallo lieber Instagram Support, ich habe versucht, meine E-Mail-Adresse von .de auf .com zu ändern, da sie aus unbekannten Gründen falsch in meinen persönlichen Daten angezeigt wurde. Nachdem ich eine Bestätigungsmail erhalten habe, dass die Änderung auf .de erfolgt sei, die jedoch nicht stimmt, da ich keine E-Mail-Adresse besitze, versuchte ich den Link zu öffnen, um die falsche E-Mail zurückzusetzen. Leider verlor ich dadurch den Zugriff auf meinen Account. Egal von welchem Gerät ich versuche, mich einzuloggen, es wird angezeigt, dass ein Sicherheitscode an [redacted] gesendet wurde, auf das ich keinen Zugriff habe. Alle Geräte, die mit meinem Account verbunden waren, wurden blockiert und ich kann nicht auf andere Accounts zugreifen. Ich habe sogar versucht, die E-Mail-Adresse [redacted] zu erstellen, um den Sicherheitscode zu erhalten, aber es war erfolglos. Der betroffene Account ist: felipasollorz. Good day! My personal Instagram account has been blocked and deactivated for reasons unknown! I've always believed Instagram is the best way to showcase oneself, and I still hold this belief. I am familiar with all Instagram rules. I've maintained my page for 5 years, and it holds sentimental value to me. Though my followers are few, they feel like family! Please assist me in restoring my account. I would greatly appreciate any help with this matter.

I am currently locked out of my account and I am only seeing a screen with a padlock image stating that there has been unusual activity detected. It prompts me to confirm my identity through the Instagram app to regain access to my account. The account in question is knightprowler7482. In the past, I have had to request a reset verification code from Instagram to resolve similar issues. Despite instructions from the help center to reset from my profile, I am not seeing that option on the current screen. How can I go about reactivating my account in this situation? Thank you.

Hello, I encountered a significant issue earlier today. I was utilizing my account around 8am when suddenly a few hours later, I was logged out on the same trusted device. The app requested a verification code to be sent to a phone number I no longer use, with no option for email verification. Despite updating my Facebook number to my current one, Instagram did not update accordingly. Now, I am completely locked out of my account with no recourse. I attempted to verify my identity with a video image, but it failed due to my outdated profile picture from [redacted]. I am desperate to regain access to my account. I broke my phone and lost my authentication codes and backup codes because my old phone was not backed up and is now permanently dead. I contacted support multiple times for help. They informed me that they turned off two-factor authentication for my account. However, when I try to log in, it still asks for the 6-digit code which I cannot recover. I would like Instagram to effectively resolve this issue on my account as they have stated they did, and confirm this with me instead of having me repeatedly report the ongoing problem.

My account got flagged recently for commenting "shoot her" under one of my friend's posts and tagging a known photographer ( @/kombucci ), suggesting a photoshoot. It wasn't meant as violence but the system misunderstood, flagging and disabling my account. Previously, my account was flagged for defending against various forms of discrimination and attacks on minorities. It feels unfair that we can be attacked but face consequences for standing up. This account is crucial for keeping in touch with friends and family, and I don't want to lose all that due to a system error. Please reactivate my account.

My account was recently flagged for a misunderstanding. I commented "shoot her" on a friend's post, intending to suggest a photoshoot with a photographer, not violence. I suspect that third-party apps may have caused the issue, so I have removed access for all apps except for the Messenger app. I have completed the form with the provided code, email, and username, even trying twice with different codes. Hello, I recently created an aviation photography Instagram account that was growing quickly. In less than a week, I gained over [redacted] followers, and my posts were receiving between 60-[redacted] likes each. However, when I logged in on my laptop and attempted to post, Instagram temporarily banned my account for reasons I did not understand. After the ban was lifted, I liked a photo which led to another account block. Currently, I cannot engage with my account. I have reached out to Instagram for help but have not received a response. Someone has unauthorized access to my Instagram account and is posting personal information. I am unable to recover my account through the usual methods as all my details have been changed by the hacker. I still have access to my original email, [redacted], and I am willing to follow any necessary steps to regain control. My username was Meaganren, and my phone number is [redacted]. I live in California, Los Angeles, but my account is showing activity from Jamaica, Kingston, which is not me. Also, the hacker is posting scam Cash App accounts on my profile. I have received threatening calls from a number warning me about posting personal information. I kindly request assistance from Instagram staff to help me resolve this issue promptly. I disabled my Instagram account some time ago to take a break, and now I want to reactivate it. However, my old phone was stolen along with my previous number, and I am unable to log in due to the two-factor authentication, even with my backup codes. I contacted Instagram about this, only to be informed that my account was disabled for violating guidelines, which doesn't make sense as I was inactive at the time. Good day, On 2.10.[redacted], my Instagram account @dr.juliannakaia was hacked. The hacker managed to change the password, unlink the account from Facebook, and set up two-factor authentication. They then posted fake information in the stories about fundraising for a dying mom. I tried to recover access on my own by resetting the password since I still have access to the email linked to the @dr.juliannakaia account. The hacker couldn't break into that email to change the password. However, an email pretending to be from Facebook about a password change arrived in the [redacted] mailbox (attached a screenshot). The sender's address in that email seemed suspicious. At the moment, the @dr.juliannakaia account is blocked by Instagram due to suspicious activity. Is there any way to regain access to the account? Appreciate any help 🙏

Hello, I am contacting you regarding my Facebook page being hacked. My colleague's Facebook account has been hacked and deleted. Both she and I were administrators of several Facebook pages. Since her account was hacked on September 2nd, I have been logged out of all the pages that we were administrators for. We use Facebook to promote our activities and services, and have done multiple boosts to increase our number of followers. To prove ownership of the page, I have taken screenshots of the latest posts the editor published when I still had access to the page. Please help me recover the account. I posted a picture of lollies on my story asking who wanted some but got in trouble for violating community guidelines as it was mistaken for drugs. I've had my account since [redacted] and losing it is frustrating. Recently, I got reported for telling someone to "shut up and take some syringes," which was a response to a disrespectful comment about my neighborhood during a celebration. I feel unfairly targeted as I expressed my opinion without using much profanity. It's upsetting that my account is gone because of these incidents. I have been deactivated by Instagram due to suspicious activity without any prior warning. The reset code is not reaching my phone or email, indicating someone else may have access.
