My account @cheese_.crableg has been hacked for 2 days now. I have reached out to Instagram multiple times via email and support requests, but I have not received any response. The hacker, who is a guy, is demanding $[redacted] from me to return my account. He posted fraudulent Bitcoin links on my page and story on Monday. Whenever I try to log in, he has a login request enabled, and I see him logging in frequently. I've had the @cheese_.crableg account for 4 to 5 years, starting with a snowball post in December [redacted]. This account is linked to my email and phone number. I have three other accounts linked to the same email and phone number with different passwords. I urgently need help either disabling the account, logging the hacker out, or removing the two-factor authentication and login request he set up. I have sent Facebook a photo of me holding a paper with a code, my full name, and username, twice already. The hacker is pressuring me to pay $[redacted], and I have evidence of his demands. I am desperate to regain access to my account and secure it to prevent future breaches.

My Instagram account, @cheese_.crableg, has been hacked for 2 days now. Despite numerous emails sent to Instagram and multiple support requests, I haven't received any responses. The hacker, a guy, is demanding $[redacted] to return my account. He has posted scam Bitcoin content on my page and story on Monday. Whenever I try to log in, a notification is sent to him thanks to his login requests feature. He has also activated two-factor authentication. I've witnessed him accessing my account multiple times. It's crucial to kick him out or disabled the account as soon as possible. My account has sentimental value as it dates back 4 to 5 years to when I first posted in December [redacted]. The account is linked to my email and phone number. I have three other accounts using the same contact information but different passwords. Assistance is needed to remove the hacker's security settings placed on my account. I've also reached out to Facebook with a photo of me holding up a paper with a code, full name, and username twice. Instagram should take action promptly by disabling the account or removing the hacker's control.

Yesterday (9/27), we made a post simultaneously on Instagram and Facebook regarding the Tony Awards. While the Facebook post went live successfully, we encountered an issue accessing our Instagram account afterwards. Despite numerous attempts to regain access through the standard process, we received an email alleging violations of terms that no one within our company can account for. The Instagram and Facebook account was handed over to me a year ago by the original account creator. Unfortunately, we are unsure of the device or operating system used during the initial setup on Instagram. Our team operates from various devices including Apple and Android, as well as Windows 10 computers from different IP locations. This challenge has persisted throughout our ownership of the account. We kindly request assistance in understanding the circumstances surrounding the deactivation and the alleged violations. Thank you.

We have experienced multiple accidental account deactivations on Instagram in the past year. Despite submitting appeals to recover it successfully before, this time I encountered a notice from Facebook restricting my actions due to spam prevention. Unfortunately, Facebook has blocked me from submitting an appeal, and this is the only means I am aware of to address this issue. Our Instagram account is @centralpups. As a legally registered pet store in NYS, we adhere to Instagram's guidelines by operating as a brick-and-mortar establishment allowed to sell animals. I am eager to restore full access to our account @centralpups.

I have encountered an issue with being logged out of my Instagram account twice within a week, and I am unable to log back in. My original account was deactivated after multiple failed attempts to regain access. Instagram informed me that the account was disabled for not following their terms of use. Despite their instructions to fill out a form for a review, I couldn't complete it since it required me to verify my identity through the app, which I couldn't do. Hello! I've been unable to access my Instagram account for approximately a day. When trying to log in, the account is blank, and users see "user not found" when viewing it from other accounts. After contacting Instagram support, I was informed that my account was disabled for not complying with the terms of use. I'm certain I haven't posted anything inappropriate or violated any rules, and suspect my account might have been hacked. Approximately 2 months ago, my account was compromised. I received a notification email alerting me to a login from an unfamiliar location and prompting me to change my password. Despite updating my password, my posts were deleted, the name was altered, and messages were sent without my consent. I managed to recover my posts from the "recently deleted" section and used my account for a brief period before encountering issues. Presently, upon attempting to log in, I am met with an error stating "user not found." I have filed multiple complaints, as instructed to verify my identity through selfie authentication with a unique code and ID on a piece of paper held in hand, which I promptly provided. I read on various forums that if an ID is blocked for community guideline violations, access may be restored after a month. I waited the stipulated time and attempted logging in today, but the issue persists.

On the 26th of September [redacted] at 1:00 AM (IST), I changed my Instagram password to _r00hit_ with two-factor authentication using Google Authenticator. However, after changing my password using the reset link, I was logged out without access to the Google Authenticator app on my new device. The backup codes from [redacted] are also not working. I can't log in without the authentication code. I need assistance accessing my Instagram account, and I'm having trouble receiving the authentication code. Please provide me with a backup code. I contacted Instagram support about a month ago as I received a notification to verify my phone number, even though I had already done so. When I tried to confirm my number, I didn't receive the code. A day later, I couldn't refresh my feed and when I logged out, I couldn't access my account - it kept saying "no users found." The email I used is the same one I'm using to contact support, and my phone number is [redacted]. I usually logged in on my iOS devices with the usernames (tyler_deadpool) and now (tyler.mcgurk). I also received an email asking for a photo, which I provided. I've emailed two different support addresses but haven't heard back. It's frustrating not being able to access my account.

Hello, I have a account under the username Mgh_411 without a profile picture, and my email is [redacted] A few days ago, my account was logged out, and I suspect it was hacked. Since then, I've been unable to log back in due to an issue with the app not accepting my authenticator password (even though I didn't enable two-factor authentication). When I reported this before, I was told that two-factor authentication was off, but the app still prompts me for the authenticator password and then doesn't recognize it. I had to create a new account with the username mohammad_ghafary using the same email. Please assist me in accessing my previous account (I would like to keep it as a secondary option if possible) as there are important items there. Thank you for your help.

My account was hacked, and the hacker is now using it to promote their brand. They changed the email, password, and phone number associated with my Instagram account after gaining access to it. I have evidence to prove the account is mine, but I am unable to contact Instagram as all the solutions require the login details that the hacker changed. The phone number provided for Instagram support is not working when I try to call. I need a different working phone number for Instagram support in the UK.

I received a direct message from an acquaintance offering me $[redacted] on Cash App. Excited about the money, I quickly accepted without reading the details. She instructed me to click a link in the message. After clicking it, I received emails from [redacted] about my account being compromised - my password, email, and phone number were changed. This led to me being logged out of Instagram. I attempted to log back in but couldn't due to the altered information. I'm unsure how to resolve this issue, so any assistance via email would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having trouble accessing my Instagram account @dlana_parypa (previous username before hack - @diana_parypa). My Instagram account @dlana_parypa was hacked on September 23, [redacted], because someone sent a suspicious link to this account where I had to enter my Instagram username and password. The hackers then changed the username from diana_parypa to dlana_parypa at 6:44 (PDT) on Thursday, September 23, [redacted]. After that, I changed the password for my Instagram and the email password linked to the account. However, I'm unable to log in. I receive a code on my phone linked to the account, but when I enter it, it says: "Check your security code and try again." The same error occurs when I use the Authenticator code. Even the backup codes give me the same issue. I still have access to the email linked to the account.

Hello, my account was hacked yesterday, and the hacker is still posting false information on my page requesting a large amount of money. It's a terrible situation, and he has even threatened my friend. I have screenshots for proof but unsure how to send them. However, I am facing issues logging in due to several factors: 1) I no longer have access to the phone number that Instagram was registered with. 2) I can't recall my Facebook password. 3) I suspect the hacker changed the email associated with my Instagram account.
