Yesterday, my friend in Belarus entered her number (+[redacted]27) and received a code, but nothing further happened. I don't understand what's going on; when I logged into Instagram, it first said "unable to refresh feed," then it kicked me out and asked for a number, then a code, but nothing is working. Hello, I am Elena (Instagram: @elenabarezzi). On September 21st, my Instagram account was disabled due to taking actions too quickly. I recently made changes to my account, including updating my number and privacy settings, after relocating from Italy to Denmark. I was active on Instagram to explore Denmark and engage with posts about the country. I assure you, I did not use any apps to boost followers or violate any rules. I have submitted the reactivation form, received the code by email, and sent a photo with the code as proof of ownership. However, I am still awaiting a response. I am writing to address a problem with my business account, which has been locked after a hoax incident. The issue occurred on Sunday, January 24, [redacted]. I received a direct message on Instagram from a verified account claiming copyright infringement. I trusted the account as it was verified and named "Instagram Copyright." After providing a code, I was logged out and couldn't sign back in without an authentication code. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for help, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my account. I have tried various ways to regain access, but I have not received any support from Instagram or Facebook. I was contacted by a scammer on WhatsApp asking for my password. I am currently a Fine and Performing Arts student at Creighton University. I also hold the position of VP of Public Relations in Alpha Psi Omega, Creighton's theatre honors fraternity. I was granted access to the @creightontheatre account to manage it in my official capacity. Unfortunately, the account had outdated information, so I updated it with my school email and phone number. Subsequently, former members with ill intentions gained unauthorized access to the account and reverted the information to an old email that we cannot retrieve. They tampered with the account to the extent that both my email and the old email are linked to it. Although I can reset the password through my email, I am encountering difficulty with the security code verification process that is being sent to the inaccessible old email address. I am in a predicament where I cannot remove the account despite my efforts and dedication. Any guidance or suggestions on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have been struggling to regain control of my old hacked accounts that I had forgotten about, as well as my new Facebook account, which has also been hacked and taken over. The hackers have been creating new accounts in my name, posting photos, videos, and interacting with others, causing issues in my personal life. I have been trying to have these accounts permanently shut down for the past few months, but the automated systems have not been helpful. I have tried leaving voicemails, sending emails, and filling out online forms, with no success in reaching a real person for assistance. If this issue is not resolved today, I am considering taking legal action and reaching out to the media for help in resolving this matter. Upon opening my Instagram profile, I encountered a message stating that unusual activity had been detected, prompting me to confirm my identity to log in. Hello Instagram Support Team, I believe there is an issue with my account @evansbeckerofficial. I am unable to use my account professionally as Instagram seems to be restricting my actions. Good afternoon, this past Thursday, while using Instagram, I received a message about a hacking attempt on my account. Following this, I received a security code to confirm my identity. Subsequently, I was informed that I couldn't access my account, and it got closed. After multiple login attempts, a message stated that I could retry entering after 24 hours. However, after this period, it notified me of detected irregularities in my account, prohibiting any further access. Later, I created a new Instagram account, but within 4 days, the same verification process happened, and now I'm locked out like before. While using the Instagram app last night, I suddenly got logged out and was prompted to verify my phone number due to suspicious activity. After trying to update my phone number without success, I then attempted to receive an email, but it kept showing "User Not Found." Interestingly, when friends searched for my page, they also encountered the same error. Even though there was a new post on my feed from last night, it has vanished. A friend noticed that my profile picture is missing as well. Another friend whom I tagged in a post confirmed that the post has been removed. This morning, one friend could see my profile picture only, without any information on followers or posts visible on my page.

I have been unable to access my Instagram for more than a day. I deleted the app yesterday due to issues, but upon trying to log in again, I realized I had two-factor authentication enabled from a previous security scare. Unfortunately, I had removed the app that generated the authentication codes, leaving me unable to access my account. I am in need of a solution that involves receiving a key from my Instagram account for DUO mobile or removing the two-factor authentication altogether. I prefer not to create a new account. My Instagram account got disabled. Recently, I have been asked to verify my account multiple times with codes and captchas while using it. I had to reset my password a few times due to this. Eventually, I was locked out and told to use recovery codes, which didn't work. Instagram then disabled my account, stating that I was violating rules by moving too fast on the platform annoying other users, which is confusing to me as I never encountered issues before.
