My Instagram account (@mnsiisharmaa) was disabled on August 15, [redacted], around 4-5 pm. During that time, my account was hacked, and I was unable to access it. There was no password change email sent to my email address, signaling that someone else had taken over my account. I sincerely apologize if any of the posts or messages on my account violated the community guidelines or terms of use; it was never my intention to offend anyone or post inappropriate content. I am unsure how this breach occurred, as I have not shared my password with anyone nor clicked on any suspicious links.

I am contacting you regarding the disability of my account. I have submitted two appeals but have not received any response yet. My account got disabled because I reposted a screenshot from Instagram that was flagged for inappropriate content. I have explained in my appeals that if the content went against the guidelines, it should have been removed from the original post. Based on your guidelines that prohibit nudity on Instagram, the picture I shared did not violate those rules. I would like to highlight that a previous violation involving a picture of Squidward did not breach any guidelines either. My account is currently 'temporarily locked'. Following the in-app recovery instructions, I was supposed to receive a code, but I never received it. Whenever I attempted the process, it either displayed an error or the app glitched to a white or black screen. Contacting Instagram for help proved unhelpful as they sent irrelevant help page links. A major issue is that the email associated with my account is inaccessible. When I made this account, my email was already linked to an old account I couldn't delete and didn't understand how to manage. Consequently, the email on this account is inaccurate, and I never updated it.

My account has been blocked until September 20th for allegedly "sharing my account with a service that allows for more likes or followers." This is completely untrue. It's a total injustice, especially considering I use Instagram very minimally (maximum of 1 hour per day), and honestly, I don't need more likes or followers than I currently have. Whether there are 15 or 15,[redacted] doesn't matter to me because Instagram is not a tool for my work. I'm a psychologist, not an influencer, although I could be.
I'm quite upset about this block. I'm not sure if someone tried to hack my account, if it happened after I cleaned up my subscriptions, or if it's an error on your part, but I would like this resolved as soon as possible.
I can't follow anyone, which I can live with, but I can't even like my friends' photos. I can't do anything, and I don't understand it. I swear on everyone I know that I have NO apps that provide likes or followers, and I'm blocked for this reason? It's incomprehensible.

Unfortunately, my business account (_thecoffeeshop78) has been hacked by an unknown individual. I am unable to access the account as the hacker has changed all the login details, making it impossible for me to delete the page. My name is Wilson. Recently, my account got temporarily disabled, and I am having trouble reactivating it.
The issue began when I was logged out due to what was deemed as "suspicious activity." On attempting to log back in, a message stated my account was "Temporarily Blocked" and required verification through a code sent via email or message, both of which I can access.
Upon entering the code, I was prompted to change my password for security measures. Despite multiple attempts over the past four days, whenever I input a new password into the slots provided (new password/confirm new password), an error message pops up saying, "An error has occurred. Try again."
Moreover, when I try to change the password using the "change password" button before logging in, it claims my account does not exist.
I have tried reaching out to Instagram's help email at info++[redacted] They replied, requesting a picture of myself holding a paper with my name, @, and a number. After complying, they notified me that my account is disabled, directing me to check the Community Guidelines for further details. Unfortunately, I have not received any follow-up since then.
Despite having all the necessary access and credentials, including linked phones and emails, the correct password, I am still unable to reactivate my account. If not for this recurring "an error occurred. Try again" issue, I could have easily resolved this matter. This error persists even when trying to fix the password via a computer.

He will then try to blackmail, threaten, intimidate, and even control you, asking for more nude videos; otherwise, he will destroy you and share your images worldwide. I am seeking assistance to recover my hacked Instagram account. Initially, a friend's account was compromised, leading me to believe a scammer's proposal involving Bitcoin was legitimate due to my friend's involvement in trading. I can't access my Instagram account as it keeps asking for a verification code sent to my old number. I no longer have access to that number and there are no alternative verification options available. I urgently need to regain access to my account without relying on that old number. I recently received an email from [redacted] claiming that my account is still active and I need to pay a one-time domain access fee of $[redacted] to complete the recovery process in twenty-five minutes. They offered payment options like PayPal, bitcoin, cashapp, Amazon gift card, Google play card, or iTunes card. This request for payment came after I encountered an on-screen notification requesting me to confirm my info on the app due to unusual account activity. I provided my British phone number ([redacted]6) during registration, not my address, and I am looking for a way to regain access to my account, preferably through text notification.

We signed into our Instagram account using Facebook and did not set a password for the user id. Normally, we used 'continue with Facebook' to log in. Recently, from August 31 to September 2, we were suddenly logged out and had to input a confirmation OTP to log back in. However, on September 3, it stopped syncing with Facebook. After uninstalling and reinstalling Instagram, whenever we tried to log in, we received an error message stating '[Oops an error occurred]'. We attempted multiple times but faced issues with two-factor authentication where the OTP was not being sent correctly and upon entering the correct OTP, it still showed an error message '[Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again]'. It seems there is an error in syncing between Instagram and Facebook. Any assistance to recover the account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Step 1: We logged into our Instagram account using our Facebook ID.
Step 2: We consistently used the "Continue with Facebook" option to access our account.
Step 3: Once our account gained popularity, we activated two-factor authentication.
Step 4: Our account was accessed on various devices like Oppo A5 [redacted], Infinix Hot 7, Realme C15, and Windows 10. From August 31st to September 2nd, it logged out automatically, but I was able to log back in using the OTP. On September 3rd, however, despite several attempts, I couldn't access my account. I uninstalled and reinstalled Instagram, but the login attempts resulted in an "Oops, an error occurred" message. Repeated tries still end in the same issue, seemingly related to OTP delivery problems.

Instagram flagged my account for unusual activity and requested verification by sending a code to my phone, which I received. Yet, I am experiencing issues entering the verification code, as the window is unresponsive. This problem persisted across different devices and browsers, including Chrome and Safari on my laptop and even when logging in through Facebook. After resetting my Google and Facebook passwords, I attempted to log in again, but Instagram detected more unusual activity, logged me out, and sent a login link to my phone. However, clicking the link only led me back to the unresponsive "Enter Verification Code" page displayed in black without any functionality.
