Hello, my Instagram account has been deactivated and I'm unsure why. I didn't violate any rules. Last month, my IG account numniimxx was hacked. I immediately changed my password and email to secure my account. However, last week my account was blocked again, and I haven't engaged in any misconduct. I've attempted to address this issue through help.instagram.com but haven't received any assistance. I am feeling frustrated and disappointed by the lack of response to my problem.

I have reported these accounts, but Instagram has not taken any action. Additionally, there are individuals pretending to be celebrities, causing further issues. It's essential for Instagram to address these matters promptly and prioritize the safety and comfort of its users. Hello Instagram, I need help with an issue. My account @z1on.btk got blocked for phishing, but I didn't do anything wrong. I received a confirmation code, but it's been days since I got one. The email on my account, [redacted], is not one I use. I've tried everything, contacted Instagram, and sent emails, but my problem persists. Instagram said they confirmed my identity, but I still can't access my account. It keeps asking for a confirmation code that is being sent to emails I don't use.

After my Facebook was hacked, I received an email from my Gmail about someone trying to access my Instagram account. Despite updating my phone number and email successfully, I am now facing issues with the verification process. My new information is updated, but the verification code is being sent to my old email and phone number. I am able to access my old email but never receive the code. When attempting to use the old email and phone number for login, Instagram states they can't be found. Even though I can log in using my username and password, I encounter a "your account is temporarily disabled" message. I've tried verifying my identity by submitting a video, but it keeps failing. I used Google Authenticator for my Instagram account but when I got a new phone, I forgot to transfer the accounts over. Now, I can't log in because I can't receive the code. I've contacted Instagram three times, providing my picture with the code they sent, my full name, and username. Instagram emailed me saying the 2-step verification was removed, but I still can't log in without the code. After the initial response, they haven't replied to my hundreds of follow-up requests. I'm disappointed with such poor service from a company worth billions of dollars. Thank you for your help.

Hello there, I recently changed my mobile phone and forgot to transfer my Google Authenticator accounts. As a result, I am unable to access my Instagram account because I cannot receive the login code. I have 3 black photos on my profile, and this is the 5th time I have tried to recover my account even though I am logged in with Facebook! Please resolve this issue promptly, as I do not want to lose my Instagram account due to your incompetence!
