Today, I received a link that seemed suspicious. After clicking on it, my account was hacked, and I couldn't log in anymore. I'm shocked that this happened just from opening a link. The link led me to a page that claimed to show my personal picture. I was locked out of my account a few hours ago, and despite entering my correct email, it says it doesn't exist. When trying to reset the password, it mentions sending an email to a different address that isn't mine. The sender of this suspicious link is __zunnaaf__. I use an Android phone. I hope to get my account back soon after this unsettling experience.

I began using my Instagram account "Sushma.cherry" approximately a month ago. On the 13th of August [redacted], without engaging in any suspicious activities, my account was disabled. I only used this account for social interactions and watching/creating reels.
Despite submitting a request to reactivate the account on the same day, there has been no progress.
Recently, I created a new account named "queen of valmiki" using my Gmail ID ([redacted]). Unfortunately, this account was disabled yesterday, on the 17th of August [redacted], for reasons unbeknownst to me.
I urgently require assistance with the following:

I have used my profile with you as always and have not violated the terms of use or community guidelines. I completely disagree with the sudden suspension that you have initiated without prior sufficient notice. I use Instagram very actively to maintain my social contacts and have many followers who expect regular content from me. The account suspension significantly limits me! As you know, your algorithm "punishes" inactivity.
My father passed away five weeks ago, when we flew to Kosovo for the funeral, I had to log in again and then got the message that I was banned. I have been contacting you for weeks and days on Instagram & FB help center. Even confirmation photos with codes, or my IDs or passport photos are being ignored.
I have always followed your rules. I have never harassed anyone or posted nude photos or bought fake followers or likes. I really enjoy using Instagram and have all my friends and family on Instagram, some of whom I can only contact through Instagram. I am truly disappointed and clueless for weeks and would love to have my account back to communicate with others. I also promise to continue following your rules.
