I recently received an email indicating a password change request, followed by confirmation of the password change, all sent to an alternate email account. Upon realizing this and attempting to access my account, I discovered that my login credentials had indeed been altered without my authorization. According to a friend who checked, my username has been modified to "lin3_iss__450accoln_" from the original "jas.marieee".
I am seeking assistance in restoring my account to its original state.

Hello, my name is Christian, also known as casualchris7 on Instagram. I am reaching out for assistance regarding a recent mishap with the Archive feature on my account. Approximately a month ago, I mistakenly deleted around a dozen photos, believing they would be safely stored in the Archive for later retrieval. Sadly, I misunderstood how the Archive functions, resulting in the permanent loss of several photos.
I understand this was a small oversight on my part, but I am hopeful that there might be a way to recover these deleted photos from a backup archive. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing Instagram on all my devices suddenly. When I attempt to log in on my laptop, I receive an error message even though I am connected to wifi. I can navigate other websites without any issue, only Instagram is affected. Logging in on my phone displays an incorrect information error and prompts me to check my service. Even trying to log in through Facebook is unsuccessful. I am currently locked out and unsure of the cause of this issue.

My Instagram has been acting strangely today. I have never encountered any issues before, but after posting a question on my story, things went wrong. I can't load my activity, edit my story, or make any changes to my account. Even changing my password is not working. I've tried logging in from different devices to rule out a problem with my phone, but unfortunately, the same issues persist. My sister’s Instagram account has been hacked. You can clearly see the address in the screenshots attached.
Could you please assist us in recovering the account or deleting it immediately so she doesn't have to worry about it anymore?
We have copies of the pictures from the account, but if you are able to regain access without deleting it, we would appreciate it.
The hacker changed the name to "reilden31__ed__11" and the email address, preventing us from receiving the reset password email to the original address. The email was transferred to a new account named "nordvikguro," which she created to remove the hacker's account.
We have already reported the hacked account and are hoping for your assistance.

Upon returning to my Instagram account following a brief hiatus, I was surprised to find that my username was unrecognizable. After creating a new account and locating my profile, I attempted to log in with the updated username but discovered that the password had been altered, along with the email address for password recovery. Contacting the individual who accessed my account yielded no response. Despite reaching out to Instagram multiple times without success, I failed to find assistance through the Instagram help center. Notifications about alterations to my username and password were found in my emails; however, I discovered them belatedly, and the provided links were ineffective due to the hacker's modification of my email. I am eager to regain access to my account.

I recently reported an account for impersonating me, and shortly after, my own account was disabled for the same reason. Despite providing proof of my identity, Instagram has not sent me the promised email for days. I am aware that they may not respond promptly, but I am determined to recover my account (@itzbrookeangel). I am reluctant to create a new account and hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible. My account was hacked on Monday, August 13th, and despite my persistent attempts to resolve the issue, I still don't have access. I am frustrated by the lack of support from Instagram. The hacker has taken control of my account, changing my email, username, and password. I am worried about the pictures on my account being misused. My original username was missmagsacutie, now it's alsaziusjolene. I've attached a new screenshot to prove the account exists but is under someone else's control. I am urgently seeking assistance with retrieving my pictures on Instagram. On the evening of September 2, [redacted], my account "anna_wickstrom" was accessible. However, when I tried to log in the following morning around 08:30, my account did not work. Upon investigation, my account had been hacked and changed to the username "alerlen52_ac_79." I lost access to all my pictures and my original username. My email linked to the account is [redacted] and I have two phone numbers: +41 78 [redacted] 57 90 and +41 79 [redacted] 09 88. I am now using my professional email, [redacted] I have another account "pinkmartini 2.0" with no pictures that was not affected. I have changed its username to "anna_wickstrom2." I've been dealing with an issue on Instagram for the past four days. My account (Esther_Wilkinson) was hacked, and the hackers changed my email and phone number, preventing me from recovering it. I tried to log in with my Facebook details, but a new account (Esther.Wilkinson37) was created, which I didn't want. I've contacted support, sent verification photos, and followed all their instructions, including requesting a password reset link via email. However, I haven't had any success so far.
The hacker is still using my account to impersonate me, posting my photos and contacting my friends. I'm also receiving prank calls because they have my phone number. I'm getting worried about the situation.

I have set up 2-Factor Authentication on Instagram but can't use my phone number anymore. My email is still valid, but I'm not receiving the code from Instagram. I've contacted support through the help center, provided proof of ownership like phone numbers and devices used, plus my password, but have not received a response. Instagram did send a password reset email to another account, despite specifying the correct one. I replied to correct this mistake, yet still no reply from them.

I have been experiencing multiple security breaches on my Instagram account. Despite my attempts to revert it back to my original name and photo, it keeps getting changed to a different name and image. Additionally, a fake account was set up in my name without any of my actual photos, followers, or followings.
I have reached out to Instagram for support in restoring my authentic account, but have not made any progress. Their only suggestion has been to change my password, which is not a viable solution as I do not have access to the password of the false account created.
I have even followed advice found online by sending them a picture of me holding my username, but this has not resolved the issue.

A week ago, I connected my Facebook business page to my Instagram business page and added product images and descriptions to my Facebook shop. However, I am still unable to tag products on Instagram. When I click on "Options" and then "Shopping" on Instagram, selecting "Get Started" leads me to a page instructing me to first add products to my Facebook page, even though I have already uploaded them. I added products to my Facebook business page in two ways: importing from my Squarespace page via business.facebook.com and manually adding products through facebook.com. While I can tag products on Facebook, I am unable to do so on Instagram. Despite receiving notifications from Facebook to add photos and descriptions for product tagging on Instagram, I have already completed these steps. I attempted deleting and reinstalling the Instagram app, and now the "Shopping" feature is no longer available under "Options," even though my Instagram account remains connected to my Facebook business page.
I would appreciate assistance in enabling product tagging on Instagram.

Two weeks ago, I logged out of all three of my Instagram accounts and deleted the app to free up space on my phone. After that, I couldn't remember the passwords, which I think were the same for all three accounts. I used my phone number for the reset method on all of them. When I reinstalled the app, I managed to log into just one account, my private finsta @bartbby_. Every time I try to reset the password for the other two accounts, it keeps directing me back to the same one. Despite reaching out to Instagram multiple times and following all their instructions, I've received very few responses. I still can't access my other two accounts, @livbartelli and @baaartellini. This issue is causing me a lot of frustration, especially because I've had these accounts for quite some time. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist me with this matter.
