Someone has illicitly accessed my account, disabling two-factor authentication and altering the email associated with it. They have taken control of my account, which was originally under the name MiamiFNP, belonging to Maria Romano. It has now been changed to malonislyric, under the name Malonis Lyric. I am unable to regain access due to the hacker's changed email address. The automated assistance provided has not been successful. I am desperate to recover my account as it holds precious memories from loved ones who have passed away. Any help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello! Recently, there was suspicious activity on my account where someone posted a photo of "discounted ray bans" without my permission. I promptly removed the photo, but shortly after, my account was locked due to the suspicious behavior. I commend Instagram for taking swift action to safeguard my account, although the security code to unlock it was sent to an old email I no longer have access to since changing cable providers. It would have been wise to update my email in advance. Is there a way you can assist me in verifying my account and reactivating it? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am inquiring about an issue my son is facing regarding the ownership of an Instagram account that was purchased and subsequently resold. The current owner is requesting the password to the original email linked to the account for security purposes. Unfortunately, this password is unknown as the account has changed hands multiple times. Due to this situation, my son is under pressure from the two latest owners. The first owner has even taken back the payment made via Paypal, which we suspect is currently on hold. We have a deadline approaching to provide the password, and we are unsure how to proceed without this crucial information. Is there any possible way to retrieve or recover the original password with the assistance of Instagram? Our goal is not to reset the password but to simply obtain the initial one. Hi Ig, I'm reaching out with an ongoing issue I've had with Instagram. I've been eagerly waiting for the new features like the poll, question, and slider, but despite this, I haven't received any updates on my account. Initially, I thought it was due to my old phone (an Asus) not being compatible. I've since switched to an iPhone, but the features are still missing. After some troubleshooting, I realized the features show up when I log into my mom's account on my phone, but not on mine. It seems like the problem lies with my account. Hi, I recently disabled my Instagram account temporarily on September 6th, and when I tried to log back in on September 7th, it said my username no longer exists. My username is alice_copeland, the email linked to my account is [redacted], and the phone number connected to the account is [redacted]. I have been in touch with support via email at info++[redacted], but they claim I have insufficient proof of ownership. I've sent them various photos and documents as requested, like a picture of me holding a paper with the code they provided, showing my full name and username. I also shared my most recent Instagram posts and stories, along with copies of my driver's license and passport, but they have not responded. Hello, I am contacting you regarding an issue with an Instagram account. A person named Avery Downey, with the Instagram handle averyyyxoxoxo, has gained unauthorized access to my previous account, " seeking_dilfs". She has changed the account details to her email, and I have requested her to delete the account as it contains content from my college days that I no longer wish to have online. I kindly request your assistance in overriding the account access and deleting it. Additionally, I believe her account should be either suspended or removed for violating my privacy and impersonating me without consent. Certain posts were made without my approval, causing me great distress. Please address this matter promptly as I am deeply concerned about my privacy being compromised. Thank you.

I recently deactivated my account a few days ago but now I can't remember my password to log back in. I tried using both my phone number and email but was unsuccessful as it says the account doesn't exist. Thinking I may have accidentally deleted it, I tried to create a new account with the same email and username but it said the account already exists. I even attempted the same with my other accounts. I have never posted photos other than of my face or with friends. Suddenly, I logged out of my profile to let a friend log in, and now I can't access it anymore, neither with Facebook nor with my credentials. When I try to log in through Safari or Google Chrome, it works fine, but not through the application. People can see my profile, and if I use another phone and log in through the application, I can access the profile. This has been going on for two days, and I would like it to end because my birthday is in two days, and I would like to take photos and share them. I kindly ask if you could please fix this problem. I have been emailing, restoring my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the application, and changing the password as recommended. Can you please help me have this issue resolved by tomorrow? I have done nothing wrong, and I can't access my profile with my birthday coming up. Please help! Thank you.

Hello, I recently discovered that my Instagram account was hacked. The hacker changed my username to @hank____3466___c and locked me out by changing the email and password. I promptly reported the account using my dog's account @riothecavachon, and it was disabled after a request. I then reached out to Instagram support, who requested a selfie with a specific handwritten 5-digit number, my username, and full name. I complied, but it's been almost a week with no response. Despite my efforts, I've received no updates even after following up twice. Feeling frustrated, I attempted to create a new account, but each time I try using different emails and phone numbers, I received a message saying my account was disabled for violating terms and conditions. Even accessing my dog's account is now problematic. I am unsure of what steps to take next and would appreciate any assistance. Thank you, Leah.

I attempted to log into my Instagram account, but I forgot my password. I initiated a password reset by providing my username and the original phone number associated with the account. However, upon clicking "send login link," I was redirected to a different account of mine. To prevent this, I updated the phone number on the other account. Yet, when trying to reset the password for my original account, the associated phone number was not recognized. I have not changed the phone number linked to my account, and I am uncertain about the issue. This account is personal and contains pictures of me.

Hello, I had posted pictures on my account, one in June and one in July, both in memory of my dad. The one from 12th June, the day he passed away, and the other on 10th July, the day after his funeral. I recently noticed they are no longer on my account, and I am very upset to discover my pictures were removed without any warning or notification. I strongly request to have them reinstated as there was no valid reason for their removal. This has been quite distressing for me. I have never experienced such disrespect before, especially considering the pictures were not inappropriate. I intend to follow up on this matter promptly. Thank you for addressing this promptly. Good morning, I am Irene Giussani. I have an Instagram profile named _irenegiussani_12 that I just changed. Previously, it was _irenegiussani_. I have explained multiple times the issue I am facing, which I believe occurred without me violating any of Instagram's terms. I am able to access my Instagram profile from a computer, using Google Chrome and from another mobile phone, and people can see it, which indicates that my profile has not been disabled. However, I am unable to log in through the app, even if I try to create a new profile. Tomorrow is my birthday, and I wanted to have my Instagram profile with me. Beyond that, I would like this issue to be resolved as I am unsure what caused it. I don't know whom to contact and I am unable to speak with a customer service representative. I have been unable to access my account since the morning of September 8th. I changed my password twice and my username as well. I have also sent two photos, as requested, with me holding a sign showing my name, surname, my former Instagram name which I have changed, and the code you requested. I kindly ask for your assistance in addressing this issue that has left me puzzled. I have been submitting various reports for days, but no one has resolved my problem. I ask for any help you can provide. Thank you. I await your response.

My previous phone is no longer working, and now I am unable to access my Instagram account because I have forgotten both the account password and the email password used for recovery. This situation is troubling as my art account, @unisalad.tries.to.be.artsy, means a lot to me. Hello, I recently had my Instagram account deactivated over the weekend for alleged violations of the terms of service. However, I am confident that I have not breached any terms. Hello Team, I urgently need assistance. My Instagram account (santhoshinichitluri) has been compromised, and I am unable to reset my password as the hackers have changed my phone number associated with the account. Greetings, Yesterday, my profile under the name carola_damelio was hacked. I contacted Instagram support, and they instructed me to take a photo with a code. After doing so, my friends began reporting my account as it was no longer under my control. Today, support provided me with a link to reset everything. Once done, I was finally able to regain access to my account. However, about an hour later, I found my account deactivated due to the reports from yesterday when my account was no longer under my control and was being used by a Russian individual. I kindly request the activation of my account, which has been hacked for 3 days and is now deactivated. I hope for a prompt response. Thank you. Best regards, C.D.

Some time back, I created an account with the username "mugi4ok", a unique nickname I use across various platforms. Unfortunately, my Instagram account was deleted multiple times, despite being active. Recently, I noticed that my nickname is now attached to an inactive account created in January. Normally, an inactive account's nickname is not up for grabs, but in this instance, it seems different. I intend to use Instagram actively again but only under my original nickname. It's crucial for continuity across platforms. While I understand the usual protocol, I believe I should reclaim my original nickname since it shouldn't have been available for registration under Instagram's policy. I want to resolve this issue so I can start using Instagram without having to abandon my signature nickname. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I've been experiencing issues using gifs and stickers on my main Instagram account. Oddly, when I create a new account, all the functions work fine. I've attempted various troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling Instagram, logging in and out, and restarting my phone, but none of these have resolved the problem. It seems that others are also facing this bug. Has anyone found a solution?
