Mein Problem besteht darin, dass ich meine Passwörter für Instagram und Facebook in der Vergangenheit verknüpft hatte. Da ich normalerweise permanent angemeldet war, habe ich das Passwort mehr oder weniger vergessen. I encountered a login issue on Instagram where my account is linked with Facebook. Suddenly, I was logged out and now I am unable to log back in as it requires a video selfie for confirmation. After submitting the video, the app crashes when I try to proceed, leading to an automatic restart with an error message stating, "Oops, an Error occurred," ultimately locking me out of my account. I have been facing an ongoing issue with unknown followers requesting to go live with me. Unfortunately, some of these individuals have gone live displaying inappropriate content, which violates community guidelines. As a responsible user, I promptly remove and block these accounts. However, the email they want to send the security code to is inaccessible since the email is locked, and we do not remember the password as it was created a long time ago and hasn't been accessed since. My Instagram account @aurhzh has been mistakenly banned. It has been repeatedly hacked by users in Indiana and California, as shown in the login history, even though I primarily use it in Pennington, New Jersey and Rome. The hackers have posted hurtful messages to my friends, which I find distressing. I acknowledge some of the content went against the guidelines, but I did not intend it to be offensive. I apologize for any distress it caused. I am eager to have my account reinstated as it is my main means of staying connected with loved ones. I recently experienced a hacking incident on Facebook/Messenger. A friend informed me that someone was impersonating me on Instagram, a platform I do not use. Before I contacted Instagram about the fraudulent account, I received emails from Facebook stating that my password was changed and a pin was created, which I did not authorize. Following instructions from a supposed Instagram email, I sent multiple photos holding my driver's license to verify my identity, only to realize later that the email was generic and possibly not legitimate. I am experiencing a serious problem with my Instagram account. I am unable to access it properly as the feed won't refresh, preventing me from seeing my followers, following list, posts, and accessing settings or any pages within the app. This issue has persisted for over 24 hours despite my efforts to resolve it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing cache, logging in on another device, and opting out of beta testing. My art Instagram account has been disabled by Instagram for allegedly violating community guidelines. I am certain that I did not breach any rules, and this feels like an error. Three days ago, I posted an original reel of my artwork. Soon after, I received a message prompting me to confirm unusual activity, which led to me being logged out. The message stated that if they could verify my info, I would regain access within 24 hours. Despite my efforts, I have not been successful in recovering my account. I attempted to complete the disabled account form on Instagram, but it did not allow me to submit it due to an issue with my ID validation. I have also reached out to Instagram and Facebook via email, but I have not received any responses yet.

Good morning. Eight years ago, my aunt, Hala Homsi, started an Instagram account under the name halasweddingcenter. This account is a business profile that she has managed for a long time, created by a friend of my aunt.
