Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Instagram account "kerymova.s" that has been taken over by my ex-boyfriend. He has added his contact information to the account, preventing me from accessing it, and has been sending messages on my behalf. The attached email address and phone number do not belong to me. I can verify my identity with a photo of my passport or ID. If there is a way to check the account's history or secret questions, I can provide all necessary information. How can I regain control of my Instagram account? Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the last phone number associated with the account as it is from a different country than where I currently reside.

Hello, I need assistance in recovering access to my osipenko_official25 profile as it has been hacked, and the email associated with it has been changed. I am unaware of the new email and phone number linked to the account. On 05/26/[redacted] around 14:00, my friends started receiving messages asking for a significant amount of money, which I did not send. Subsequently, I realized I no longer had access to my Instagram profile. It seems someone is trying to scam money from others using my account. The phone number linked to the profile was +[redacted]-66-[redacted] and the email was [redacted] Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Dear team, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Instagram account. I suspect it may be due to a violation of Instagram's privacy policy on my part, unintentionally. Despite attempts at face verification and reaching out to Instagram and Facebook via email, I have not received a response. Reporting the issue through my sister's account did not yield results either. Unfortunately, Instagram has not provided any specific details on whether my account is banned, disabled, or the reason for it being closed. Hello Instagram, On 06.06.[redacted] at 3:40 PM, my Instagram account was hacked from New York (USA) and all login details were changed. This person is messaging my followers talking about online business and other things. I can't access my account or reset it anymore. I urgently need to regain access to my account. It's very important to me because of my music, and I've had this account for several years. Please help me!! Please!! Hello, I am very disappointed that lately I have had to contact Instagram support quite often. The cycle of my account being blocked and then unblocked has turned into a marathon. My account, along with me, is being harassed and targeted by hate from competitors. They submit baseless reports about my content without any valid reasons, and to my surprise, you do not overlook these reports and proceed to block me. It is very disheartening considering the fact that I have never violated, do not violate, and do not intend to violate the community guidelines regarding content posting. I kindly request once again to please unblock my account and inform me of the reason why I am constantly facing these blocks, if there is indeed a reason. I successfully reset the password following your instructions. However, despite changing the password, I still cannot access my account. The main problem I encounter is that I no longer have access to the phone number where the verification code is sent. I updated my number four years ago but forgot to change it on my Instagram two-factor authentication settings, which still rely on my old number. That's why I requested to receive the code via email since I can't retrieve the old number and, subsequently, the verification code. The issue originated with Instagram showing me a temporary lock due to phishing activity. I reported this multiple times without a response until you intervened with instructions. We logged out, reset the password as directed, but are still unable to access the account. We have been unable to resolve this for over a week now. The primary concern is changing the verification code number to my current one and adding my email to the two-factor authentication for access and verification purposes.

Hello. I was scammed on Instagram by the account: bags_shoes_dream.de. Please close this fraudulent account. I have chat logs on Instagram and WhatsApp with the bank details where I was asked to transfer the money. The seller promised me a timely delivery of the wallet and kept saying to wait, be patient, the order will arrive. He assured me of a timely delivery. Now I am left without a birthday gift and strongly suspect fraud. The Instagram page of the alleged seller is: bags_shoes_dream.de. Proof of payment for the women's wallet is also available. The gift was supposed to be for my girlfriend's birthday on 10.06. Instagram account of the accused person: bags_shoes_dream.de They offer clothes there, payment is done via bank transfer, but the goods are never shipped, instead, there are constant messages saying "order is coming, just wait". Therefore, I would like to report this for fraud. Chat logs and the payment receipt for a wallet are available.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account starting today. (Seb Perez - el_sebp) I was asked to make a selfie video turning my face to confirm my identity, but whenever I try to send the video, the app crashes. I am unsure if my selfie videos were sent successfully. Also, on my computer, I see a message on my account saying, "Oops, an error occurred," and I am unable to do anything. On my phone, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 5 or 6 times, but the issue persists where I need to send a selfie video, and the app crashes. Sometimes, without even opening the app, I get redirected to a blank page with the message "Oops, an error occurred." I do not know what else to do. I believe my son's account has been compromised. An unknown link was sent to me and I clicked on it, leading to my account being disabled. I provided information to try to fix it, but I fear it may have caused more problems. I need access as I have important memories, including my upcoming 8th-grade dance, that I'd like to share. I appreciate any assistance as my mom also reached out for help. Instagram is not allowing me to create a new account.

Some time ago, I attempted to create an account with the username PropagationPlanet. Initially, it showed that the username was available, so I started entering my details. Unfortunately, I closed the app accidentally. When I reopened it, the username was no longer available. Now I cannot access the account, but it shows up when I search for it. I am seeking assistance in determining if that account belongs to me so that I can regain access.

Hello! My Instagram accounts svekal_09 and svetkal_0910 have been banned! I didn't intend to break any Instagram rules; I simply wanted to access those accounts. An error occurred in the file where I stored emails, usernames, and passwords for logging into my Instagram accounts - I mistakenly entered the wrong email, [redacted] I corrected it to [redacted] but then my password didn't work. After creating a new password and updating the file, I lost access to my svetkal_0910 account! Trying to recall the original password (which had already been changed in the file), my accounts got banned. Please, restore my accounts! I will be more careful with storing emails and passwords in the future. There was no hacking involved; these are my accounts! Kindly respond to my email [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account @missmira_moda4. It shows incorrect password, so I tried to recover it through email. Verified my mobile number and clicked on the "Done" button ✅. When I press it, nothing happens, and I can't proceed to log into my account. For the past two days, we have been unable to respond to customers. What should we do?
